Pros:
Hubspot has been an amazing platform to base our digital marketing on. My company uses Hubspot exclusively because it is simple and easy to train employees on.It has all of the features you could possibly require to effectively manage sales performance and the critical customer care.There is a free version that honestly offers a lot more than it needs to convince you that Hubspot is the solution you were looking for. I personally appreciate the tier-based subscription system the most. It has allowed us to stay within our budget and select the features that we needed the most. Lastly, the UI is simple, and the updates are timely.
Cons:
The only con I can point is that there are certain features that force you to upgrade to the paid version. While it’s understandable (since they too are in the market to make profit), it isn’t very friendly for small organizations. If you truly need automation in your marketing processes, there’s no way to do that on the free version, so you have to invest and hope that it works out for you. And the reminder tool doesn’t allow setting up recurring job reminders, which would help our salespeople know when to follow up on a certain client, especially if the gap is longer than usual.

Pros:
Begin with nothing and gradually increase as you grow; this is easy.You may complete your task more quickly by not having to jump back and forth between multiple windows thanks to HubSpots sales tools, which are located in your inbox, such as Gmail, etc. You may send and receive emails to and from all of your contacts directly from their HubSpot contact records by linking your email account to HubSpot. This has been a great investment, and we dont regret purchasing this software. I have personally recommended this software to many people, and they all have nice things to say about it.
Cons:
The fact that the product was created in the USA may very well be evident. In the unlikely event that leads are afterward transferred to Hubspot and the information is improved, for example, some names may change or the design of the phone numbers may not be done properly. We have essentially disabled this ability and have either physically created or structurally integrated the leads. This can seem like a lot of work, and it definitely tires you out when you keep going through all of this over and over. Other than that, it is not bad software to use.

Pros:
It is an amazing tool. I basically use it for event marketing. The email templates are easy to use. To schedule the social media postings are fun and easy as well. This tool helps me save a lot of time. The training conference that took place in Chicago was very helpful and I do feel quite empowered after it.
Cons:
There are a few times when I noticed that the system just hangs whenever I include or exclude an individual contact to an eblast.

A person with little to zero experience can easily use this tool. It is simple and easy to use. It is a well-designed and intuitive tool. They also provide you with all the useful information that one might need in order to use it.
Cons:
The price of this tool is quite pricey, and there are many other tools that are cheaper in comparison to it, but they aren’t as simple to use as this one. They take annual payments rather than monthly, which is a shame.

Pros:
I had no experience when it came to using HubSpot and the rest of my team members were already using this software. I had to speed up my learning just to get started with it, and to my surprise, it wasn’t hard at all. I was able to easily see the statuses on all of my accounts and also create marketing campaigns with not much experience. They offer a lot of email templates, which made it easier for me to get started with.
Cons:
It has a very limited set of fonts in the email creation section and those fonts do not match our overall branding, which is kind of an off for us.

I like Hubspot. It offers a variety of templates from which I can create the emails that I want to send out. I can easily customize the templates in my own way, which I really like about it. With the help of this tool, I am able to send out custom newsletters to employees. This tool has been amazing for me and my job.

There were times when the system would get a bit complicated due to so many features. There are many tasks that do not require a whole lot of features to be used, and that’s what complicated things the most.

Customer service is great, the team is knowledgeable and are quick in responding. You get what you pay for. The interface is simple and easy. Hubspot is a much better choice than Godaddy. Hubspot notifies you each time your website has been shared and how many people are viewing it, this is something that Godaddy didn’t provide.
Cons:
If you get all the add-ons, it becomes quite expensive.

Our company isn’t that big. It’s a small 3D printing bureau. I am handling all the email marketing and social media postings and HubSpot has helped me manage it all. The software is completely free, which is something I really like about it. It is very well integrated with its resources like email marketing, sales tool, social media management tools etc, and all this comes free.
Cons:
It isn’t that easy to use and it is not very straightforward. It took me a while to understand the functionalities and even now I do not know its max potential.

It is a great tool. It is easy to use. Creating landing pages, emails etc isn’t hard at all. Many people think that it is best suited to small businesses, but I think it can be used by any company whether it is small, medium or large. It is an easy automation tool. If you don’t have many requirements and do not want any extra add-ons, then you can save tons just by using this system. Otherwise, you always have the option to go to another system, which does a lot and charges a lot.
Cons:
It does all that I need it to do, so I don’t think I have any complaints.
