The sheer number of features is what impressed me the most. Every question type I needed was available, along with many others I had not even heard of before. The process of building a survey is easy and simple and I had almost no trouble using it. I also love how professional the final survey looks. Before this, I mostly used Google Forms which sometimes felt limiting when I wanted my survey to look more serious and polished. With it, that's no longer an issue for me.

I don't have any cons so far but that might be because I have not used it for very long. The trial period is only ten days and I didn't get enough time to test every feature in depth.
