I honestly love how easy it is to use. The drag-and-drop feature makes building surveys feel almost smooth and the templates are well designed. There are so many question types to choose from so I never feel limited. On top of that the real-time results are clear and easy to understand which makes the whole process quick and completely stress-free for me.

Cons

What I liked the least is that some really useful features feel locked behind paid plans. I get that businesses need to charge but as a user it can be limiting. The design can also seem a little busy at times and the more advanced tools definitely take some time to learn. It's still a good platform overall but I would not call it completely beginner simple.

Pros

It incredibly user friendly. It made organizing my research data so much easier than I expected. I was able to explore different features and actually use them to improve my study in a meaningful way. It really helped me stay organized and confident in my research process.

Only thing I didn't love was having to pay for a plan to unlock advanced features. I understand why that's the case but it would be nice if more of those tools were included in the lower tiers.

Even though it has powerful features, its still hard to use when you are new. using advanced customization and reporting tools takes some time especially if you are not already familiar with survey platforms. Once you get the hang of it, it's great but the beginning can feel a little overwhelming.

I think it is very easy to use and packed with tons of helpful tools. Whether I am working on something for business or research, it gives me everything I need in one place. For anyone in these fields, I genuinely feel like it's a great and reliable tool to have.

When I open it on my phone the page sometimes shifts in an uncomfortable way. It does not always look neat and I have to scroll and move the page around a lot just to see certain buttons. I also did not like that when you sign up for a plan you are charged for the whole year upfront. As a student with limited income I'd really prefer a month-by-month payment option.

I had parts of my survey copied and pasted from Microsoft Word and no matter what I tried, the font and formatting would not match the rest of my survey. In the end, I had to delete those sections and retype them just to make everything consistent. It took more time than I expected and was a bit frustrating.

It is more organized than many other survey tools I have tried. I also really appreciate that students get a one-year trial which makes it much more accessible for research. As a student, that support makes a big difference for me.

Well I did not really appreciate that they don't clearly show where or how to post a public blog, forum or post to qualify for a free student membership. I also had trouble logging back into my survey after the 7-day trial ended and I didn't even know about the student membership option at the time. That part was confusing for me.

Out of all the software I have used it truly stands out in both functionality and customer service. Building surveys is simple and user-friendly and I never feel overwhelmed. The customer service has been absolutely excellent in my experience. As a student and researcher I honestly couldn't ask for much more.

our school has been using it for about four years now and I can confidently say it has been incredibly valuable. It helps us gather insights from students, parents and the community on a wide range of topics. I find it very easy to use and the templates are great and highly customizable. The question formats meet all our needs and the tools for sending surveys and tracking responses work really well. The reporting is clear and useful and I especially like that we can download the data into Excel. That way, we can format it however we want and create our own graphs.
