“Reliabe remote access”
Pros
It's been consistently dependable and responsive whenever I use it. Being able to keep several sessions open to different remote computers at the same time is something I really appreciate. The file transfer feature to remote machines has also been especially helpful.
Cons
When a remote computer disconnects, it can occasionally take a few tries before I'm able to reconnect.

“Simple initial setup”
Pros
Having it gives me a much more detailed and capable remote access option than the free tool bundled with my EDR and RMM platform. It works on every platform I need, from Android and iOS mobile devices to Windows and Mac systems. I can rely on it to connect to basically any device so connectivity is never really a concern. It serves as a single place for remote access across all platforms and that makes things a lot simpler since I know I always have a way to get into any device for support or management. The initial setup was also very simple.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints at this point.

“Fairly priced”
Pros
Having a secure and simple way to connect to servers and endpoints remotely makes a big difference and it handles that really well. It's dependable in day-to-day use, the pricing feels reasonable for the value it delivers and the file transfer feature is implemented nicely and is simple to work with. All in all, it's become an essential tool for managing servers and getting into desktops whenever I'm away from the site.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints to mention. It does exactly what I need it to do.

“No bugs at all”
Pros
Connecting through it feels smooth and the overall setup is very user-friendly. Since I work in onboarding and training, it's simple to get new users comfortable with the product quickly. It also runs reliably and performs well without many bugs or errors.
Cons
I'd still love to see support for multiple people connecting at the same time, similar to what TSPlus offers.

“saves time and money”
Pros
It has saved me a lot of time and money. I can help our full employee base without needing to travel or even leave my desk. The interface is simple to work with and locating the computer I need during a support request is simple. On top of that, the pricing for the remote support feature is very reasonable.
Cons
There are several ways to configure unattended support which is useful but it also feels a bit repetitive at times. For instance, if I begin a new remote support session on a machine that doesn't already have unattended access installed, I still need to download and install that unattended support component while I'm already connected in the session. It would be much better if there were a simpler way to turn an active session into an unattended remote installation.

“Excellent value for money”
Pros
Using it has been very simple for me. I can jump into saved computers quickly or send users a link to connect when needed. After I'm in, moving around the computer is simple, switching between monitors works well and file transfers are available whenever I need them. The initial setup was also very simple to get going. We looked into several other products before deciding and it ended up offering the best mix of features for the price.
Cons
I'd really like to see a backend CLI option so I could run quick commands without having to start a full remote screen session.

“Works well across devices”
Pros
About 10 years ago, our company chose it when we were searching for a new remote support solution for both attended and unattended access and it has been an excellent choice ever since. I've recommended it many times to other people for both business and personal use. The deployment process was simple, the pricing has always felt fair and it works really well on both desktop and mobile.
Cons
I haven't had any negative experiences with it. On the rare occasions I've needed to reach out to support, the team has been fast, helpful and professional every time.

“Solid value for the price”
Pros
We find it easy to manage. It's user-friendly, simple to access and offers solid value for the price. I also connected it to our auto-response email so when users email for tech support, they automatically receive a link to download the software.
Cons
At this point, I haven't run into any drawbacks with it.

“Fast remote access”
Pros
I really appreciate being able to click on a Turquoise computer name and connect right away. It responds quickly overall, even though there have been a few times when I needed to reconnect to get the session going again.
Cons
Would like to see a neon border around the user's desktop or some other clear visual indicator that shows when I'm connected.

“easy to install”
Pros
Getting it up and running was very simple. Installation was simple, the security options feel solid and the credential pass-through is especially useful. Altogether, those features make it feel like a refined tool that fits naturally into my day-to-day work. From installing the agent to setting up SSO for our admin portal, the whole process took less than a day.
Cons
The PowerShell remote terminal still feels a bit awkward to use although it is a noticeable step up from the CMD terminal which is still there as an option. The remote Windows Services interface also needs work and is not very strong yet. That said, they do seem to be improving it over time.

“Outstanding support team”
Pros
We had been using other solutions before but they didn't really offer secure connections, true cross-platform compatibility or the same level of performance. With this one, on top of that, the support team is outstanding which is honestly pretty rare.
Cons
Nothing specific to report about the product.

“Available on Android”
Pros
Unattended Access has been the biggest advantage for me and having the software available on Android makes it even better. I'm able to connect to a machine anytime, from anywhere which is really convenient.
Cons
Overall, it has been working well for me. My only suggestion would be around the pricing since some other competitors in the market offer similar options at different price points.

“Huge timesaver”
Pros
Our IT team has had a really dependable experience with it. Setup is quick, connections happen fast and it makes working through issues on remote devices very simple. Performance has been consistently smooth and tools like unattended access and file transfer save us a lot of time. I'd still like to see a bit more in terms of customization and reporting options but overall it's an excellent value and a remote support solution we can count on.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about. The software has been pretty solid overall.

“Dependable remote access service”
Pros
It pretty much does what it promises and has been a dependable remote access service for me. Even though there have been a few issues over the years, it has still been a solid product for remote support. One thing I really appreciate is being able to connect and simply view the session while helping a client over Teams or on a phone call. That setup lets me talk them through the steps so they can learn from the session, instead of me immediately taking over and doing everything myself. The installation and rollout were also fairly simple overall, aside from a few hiccups with older operating systems. On top of that, the pricing is much better than other tools I've used before and that was one of the biggest reasons I moved over to it.
Cons
Performance can lag from time to time during remote access. I've also run into occasional instability with remote sessions. In some cases that's clearly because of the internet connection but other times the lag happens without any obvious reason. Another downside is that the Splashtop Streamer running on the remote machine can use quite a bit of CPU while I'm actively connected.

“Brilliant remote access features”
Pros
Handling IT remote support with it has been very simple. The remote access features work really well and managing patch updates is efficient. The detailed information and logs are especially useful and being able to deploy the streamer through Intune is a big plus. The initial setup was also very simple.
Cons
There are no downsides that I can mention.

“Cost-effective option”
Pros
Compared with my previous system, it is far more affordable and lets me support more computers at the same time. The feature set is strong and keeps expanding and the integration with third-party patch management apps continues to improve. On top of that, the support team has been willing to work through issues with me and even consider suggestions that could make the platform better.
Cons
There is not really anything I dislike but I do have a suggestion. I keep a list of scripts and tasks and it would be really helpful if I could select several of them to run at once instead of having to launch them one at a time. It is more of an enhancement request than an actual complaint.

“familiar interface”
Pros
Getting started with it was pretty simple thanks to its familiar, standard interface. Session performance has been consistently solid and I really haven't run into any noticeable issues there. The pricing also helped a lot when it came time to get leadership approval which made the decision easier on our side. We haven't had to contact support much but there seems to be a good amount of documentation and helpful information available. On top of that, we were able to integrate deployment through Intune without trouble and it's now rolled out across all of our Windows machines.
Cons
The only real problem has been with a very small portion of devices in our fleet that don't get recognized correctly. In those cases, when trying to connect, the system will sometimes randomly open a session to a different user's machine instead.

“Secure remote support tool”
Pros
I appreciate how dependable it is for the cost. When you're trying to troubleshoot an issue on someone else's computer, lag is the last thing you want and it really does feel almost like you're working directly on the machine in front of you. The file transfer and chat features work flawlessly and I like that it doesn't try to do everything at once. It stays focused on being a secure, high-quality remote support tool.
Cons
If I'm being picky, the interface does come across as a little outdated compared with some newer SaaS products out there. It works perfectly fine and is simple enough to get around but visually it could definitely feel more modern. I'd also really like to have built-in integrations for ticketing systems.
