Having several review platform options like TrustPilot, Facebook and TrueReview has been really useful. It also performs exceptionally well when it comes to conversions and a lot more customers are now leaving excellent feedback about our service.

it's missing a widget that shows an overall rating summary like 4.7 stars with an "excellent" label.

It felt very user-friendly and the wide range of options for sending review requests is really what makes it stand out. One feature I especially appreciate is being able to separate positive and negative feedback before guiding customers to post a review. The campaign tools are simple to work with, highly customizable and make handling requests and reviews much more manageable. On top of that, the Zapier integrations made our automation much simpler and took a lot of effort out of the whole process. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service and would absolutely recommend it to any business wanting to improve and simplify its reviews and online reputation.
