There's still plenty of room for the team to improve by adding features like broader drag-and-drop support, along with a tutorial that covers all the keyboard shortcuts. Sometimes you end up using them without even realizing it so a proper introduction to those would be really helpful.

A big advantage is the mobile app and the ability to reach your desktop from anywhere. The connection is handled through your account so there's no need to deal with complicated or potentially insecure port forwarding. Their servers act as the intermediary for the connection although I'm not really sure how secure that process is.

Cons

Latency can definitely be a problem so I wouldn't recommend it for anything highly visual. Tasks like video or photo editing are not a good fit.

Across all the devices I use, this is a fairly user-friendly tool with plenty of interesting features. I've been on the free version for a long time and being able to connect up to 5 devices has been more than enough for home use even if it offers fewer options than the paid plan. What I appreciate most is that it works on pretty much everything, Mac, Windows android, iPhone and more. The remote control experience feels simple and secure and the remote screen stays smooth and responsive while giving you full control. I also like that it includes chat and file transfer. Overall, it's a strong remote access tool.

Cons

One inconvenience is that if you don't already have an account the app redirects you to the platform to create one. It would be better if account creation could be done directly inside the app.

Biggest advantage for me was how easy this software is to use, along with the sense of security it provides once the connection is established. I also really appreciate how many simultaneous connections it lets me handle which helps a lot with performance when I'm providing remote support.

The main thing I miss in this product is a chat window for interacting with people. Other than that, I consider it one of the most stable and complete options available on the market.
