“Reliable support every day”

Pros

Remote support has become much easier and more easy with this tool. I use it every day at work to connect to other users' computers and provide application support and it has helped me get far more done than our previous process ever did. I have not run into any errors or problems while using it and it includes every tool I could want when I need it.

Cons

Honestly there is not much I dislike about this product.

“great VDI access”

Pros

Navigating this software is easy and I especially like how easily it connects and lets me save access to different VDIs. That flexibility makes it very convenient to switch between environments when needed.

Cons

At times the connection can be a bit slow which makes the VDI feel sluggish as well.

“Rock-solid uptime for years”

Pros

After more than five years with it the stability is still the main reason I keep using it. Other IT software I used before never came close to being this reliable. I've kept my server running for over eight months continuously without any stability problems at all.

Cons

The only drawback I've noticed is how much technical knowledge it takes to set up and use properly. When I first started with it, it took some time to get comfortable and learn how all of the functions worked.

“amazing tool”

Pros

What impressed me most is how stable it has been. I've kept it running on my Linux server for more than 100 days without a single crash which is something I haven't experienced with any other IT software.

Cons

My only real complaint is that it doesn't perform very well with a small number of desktop environments.

“Remote access lags”

Pros

The multiple screen sharing feature performs well and does what it's supposed to.

Cons

Remote desktop sharing can be slow and occasionally freezes.
