“Responsive support and unified messaging”
Pros
One thing that really sets it apart is how well it pulls all of our social media messaging channels into one congreatated inbox. We've also been able to set up canned replies for frequently asked questions while still making it a priority to get customers connected with a live person as quickly as possible. On top of that, their customer support team has consistently been quick to respond and the company is flexible enough that they've even made improvements based on feedback we shared.
Cons
Automatic detection for when a call has actually been answered still needs some work. Right now, we have to manually confirm that a human is involved, otherwise the script can mistakenly tell a customer that all agents are busy even while the conversation is already happening.
