“Automation that saves time”

Pros

This tool has been a big help because it fully takes care of about 30% of our tickets especially delivery follow-ups, discount code requests and product information questions. I also really appreciate the hands-on way of building and refining the AI autopilots since it lets me train the AI agent on new processes and knowledge without having to reach out to support every time. The setup at the beginning was very easy and overall these features have made our automation work much more efficient.

Cons

At times, the logic it uses to complete ticket fields does not feel very consistent. I'd also love to see a better delegation flow between autopilots, along with a kind of mini-manager autopilot that could route certain tickets to specific agents, remove selected tags and take each agent's current backlog into account.
