Pros
What I appreciated most was how many different ways I could use this product.
Cons
One part I wasn't too happy with was how simple it feels, it could be a bit more in-depth and interactive.

“Quick setup without high system requirements”
Pros
From the start, this has been backed by excellent customer support and an easy on the eyes interface. The setup is quick since it doesn't need high system requirements. It also includes a lot of useful features like dashboards, a ticketing system, performance benchmarks, email and phone notifications, analysis reports and device summary reports. I'm currently using it on Windows but it also works on Mac. The pricing is quote-based, affordable and suitable for different business sizes, whether medium or large. The training resources are very helpful as well and they offer live support whenever users need assistance.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems with it at all. In fact, it helps resolve issues very quickly and I really love using it.

Pros
Getting around the app feels natural so it doesn't take much effort to use. The customer support has also been solid which is another definite plus.
Cons
The pricing isn't my favorite part. A perpetual licensing option would be much more appealing for our needs. Aside from that, I don't have any other complaints.
