Fixes password reset headaches

Pros

Password resets used to be one of our biggest headaches and this has done a really good job of fixing that. It lets users reset their own passwords remotely which has been very helpful and it also handles updating locally cached passwords on our Hybrid Joined devices. One feature that has been especially useful is that the software can establish its own VPN connection back to our on-prem server for that update and that makes the whole password reset process very smooth.

Cons

At this point I really haven't run into any negative issues to share.

One password across platforms

Pros

Being able to connect it with other platforms and use one password across all of them is a big advantage.

Cons

It is a powerful platform with a lot of valuable features. But if I had to mention any downside, it would be that it needs to be integrated with other platforms such as IBM.
