“Affordable for smaller companies

Pros

I handle password management for our 15-person team and this tool makes everything simple. The pricing works well for smaller companies like ours and the interface is well laid out.

Cons

I find myself having to type in the master password way more frequently than I'd like. It's definitely more annoying than other tools like Dashlane in that regard.

I've found this tool to be a game-changer for managing passwords across our team. The Chrome extension makes everything so much smoother when logging into different accounts. Haven't run into any issues yet and the whole experience has been really solid so far.

Can't access or edit payment methods and there's no way to view invoices or see billing breakdowns. This makes managing our account finances pretty frustrating.

Pros

I was impressed by how quickly we got this up and running. Literally had SSO integrated with Azure AD and users provisioned in about 15 minutes. The ability to push out the browser extension through GPO policies across all major browsers made rollout smooth so everyone had access right when they got their invite emails. The browser extension itself is really snappy and picks up way more autofill opportunities than our previous solution. This means my team actually uses it daily instead of finding workarounds like they did with the old complex system we had before. Customer service is well-trained too. I had a question about syncing groups and got a response within minutes. Their setup guides are also pretty comprehensive.

Cons

Right now I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this service. From the first demo call to pricing discussions, through the trial period, purchasing licenses and getting everything set up, the whole experience has been smooth sailing.

“Shared folders and passkeys

Pros

Appreciate how it handles shared folders and passkeys, plus the Google SSO integration is great.

Cons

The lack of a secrets manager and file sharing capabilities is frustrating, plus there's no shared 2FA option which makes collaboration more difficult.

The browser extension runs really smoothly and does exactly what I need it to do.

Desktop version struggles with keeping itself current and often has trouble with updates.

I really like how convenient everything is. Login details get filled automatically, sharing credentials with team members and managing who has access to what is simple. The secure notes feature is also a nice touch.

I also run into connection issues when reopening the app. It's frustrating having to try multiple times to get it working and switching between the website and app doesn't always go smoothly.

I'd say the folder sharing feature is what I like most. Makes it simple to communicate changes with my team and share passwords in bulk, track password health and keep everything organized in one spot.

The autofill feature gave me problems before and I actually had to reinstall the whole thing. I'm constantly having to log back in which gets pretty annoying. Updates can be tricky too since it sometimes conflicts with my device's security settings.

The interface is clean and not cluttered at all, which I really appreciate. Sharing passwords with my team is not difficult and overall it's perfect for daily tasks. Really user-friendly too.

Cons

Customization options are pretty limited. What bothers me most is the UI. I really wish I could drag and rearrange categories in a different order to fit my workflow better.
