“Can't download history

Pros

I appreciate how user-friendly it is and the superb integration with Google Chrome extensions.

Cons

Unable to export login history for our company and users. Also frustrating that I have to join every group myself before I can delegate access to others, seems like unnecessary extra steps for an owner.

Pros

Its amazing how simple it is to share passwords with my team and manage who has access to what. The browser autofill feature saves me so much time and having both mobile and desktop apps means I can access everything anywhere. The biometric login is a nice touch for security too.

Cons

The form fill feature is pretty frustrating. It treats every client record like its completely separate instead of remembering my preferences. When I disable it for a specific field type, it should apply that setting across all similar records but it doesn't. Like if I turn off form-fill for one activity entry in our CRM, it stays on for that same field in other activities. Also, it won't automatically fill passwords when I'm using mobile apps.

Setting up new team members and sharing passwords couldn't be easier.

Cons

The extension doesn't auto-fill on some of the more complex websites though you can still copy and paste passwords easily enough when that happens.

I can access my passwords from anywhere since it's cloud-based which is really convenient when switching between devices.

This has been a huge time-saver for our team. Before we started using it, tracking down shared passwords was absolutely chaotic and really unsafe too. Getting new people set up is so much smoother now as they get instant access to everything they need without us having to pass around sensitive info. The random password generator has been essential for keeping us from recycling the same passwords everywhere.

Cons

Sometimes the connection between the desktop app and web browser extension gets wonky so I end up having to log in multiple times which is annoying.

The interface is really clean and makes everything quick and painless. It's also much easier for less tech-savvy users.

Cons

When I compare it to other password platforms, NordPass is missing some advanced features for handling passwords, sessions and authentication. From an admin standpoint, there aren't as many group policy options available for managing teams effectively.

“Unable to use 2FA, wouldn't recommend

Much better interface compared to LastPass when logging into sites. Way less visual noise cluttering up the page.

Cons

The 2FA system is practically unusable with its web of contradictory requirements. You have to access it on the same mobile device where it was set up, must use FaceID or fingerprint with no passcode option and other restrictions that just don't make sense together. This forces people to share 2FA codes through other platforms, which defeats the whole security purpose and frustrates everyone. When I contacted support, they basically admitted it's problematic but said there's nothing they can do about how it's configured. I wouldn't recommend this. LastPass handled 2FA much better.

“Ideal for bigger companies that need shared access

Pros

Perfect for bigger teams that need shared access. When several people have to log into the same account and passwords change frequently, it used to be a nightmare coordinating updates with everyone. We'd either have insecure shared files or people would forget the new credentials. This tool lets us all access accounts with ease even after recent password changes.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any major drawbacks. It works exactly as expected and the interface is simple.
