“Superb password management software

Pros

It's been a game changer for password management. The security is excellent while still being very user-friendly. No more getting locked out of accounts because I forgot credentials! Team password sharing is flawless too. When I started my new job, my manager shared all the necessary logins instantly instead of me spending hours tracking everything down. It really boosts our team's productivity without sacrificing security and the time savings are huge.

Cons

Sometimes I experience lag when autofill kicks in on certain sites. The mobile app also feels slow compared to using it on desktop.

Pros

I really appreciate the strong security features, especially the zero-knowledge encryption that keeps our passwords completely safe. The interface is well-organized and makes password management easy for everyone on the team. Being able to share passwords securely between colleagues has made collaboration much smoother and more efficient.

Cons

At times there's a delay when syncing passwords between my devices. The mobile app also tends to act up during updates, temporarily blocking access when I need it most. I'd really appreciate more options to customize the interface to my liking.

I ran into a couple of frustrating problems. First, I kept getting locked out of my business account even though I knew my password was right. Support said it might be because I have both personal and business accounts on the same device which they eventually sorted out. The other thing that really got to me was the password generator not saving properly a few times leaving me scrambling to reset passwords I thought were safely stored.

I keep getting logged out whenever I close my browser. The only workaround is changing the settings to "never log out" but that feels less secure. Hopefully they fix this soon because it's a pain to keep logging back in.

I love how reliable it has been, never lets me down. The Touch ID integration on Mac is amazing and the interface is really user-friendly with everything organized perfectly. Having ChaCha20 encryption gives me confidence when sharing sensitive notes and passwords.

The only downside I can think of is that it takes a while to load when you're starting it up.

Been using this daily for a while now and it is really smooth. Passwords stay organized in neat categories, plus you can make your own custom ones. What I really appreciate is being able to add notes to entries. Saves me from creating multiple records when I just need to jot down extra details. It's like the Apple of password managers, everything just works without any fuss.

There seems to be some glitch with my account setup. I can't share any of the company passwords after being added to our organization. Since I don't need this feature very often though, its not a major issue for me.

I found NordPass simple to roll out across our medium-sized company. Everyone picked it up immediately and started using it daily without any problem. The password import from browsers was smooth and sharing credentials with specific teams became effortless. Now we have clear visibility into which passwords need updating for better security. The support team has been great. They walked us through onboarding and quickly adjusted our seat count as we expanded our team.

Cons

The sharing system changed between our demo and actual implementation. They switched from groups to folders which isn't ideal for our setup but we're adapting to make it work.

I don't have much experience with other options since this came with my job at Mediatech but it's been pretty simple to use. Adding passwords, credit cards and notes is easy enough. I rely on it daily for both personal and work stuff. The password sharing feature with coworkers has become really essential for collaboration.

Cons

Lack of cross-device biometric authentication is really frustrating. I can't use my phone's biometric features to log into the desktop version, which would be so much more convenient than typing passwords every time.

Sometimes it gets a little overzealous and mistakes random search boxes for password fields. Not a major problem but honestly thats the only complaint I have.
