Really appreciate being able to set up different groups based on access levels in our company. The way it lets us give organization-wide access while maintaining control over who sees what is awesome. No more constantly resharing passwords and our security has improved dramatically.

Cons

The data breach scanner doesn't automatically pull in all our company email addresses. I used to have to deal with retrieving confirmation codes for each address, what a pain that was! Thankfully, now you can just add email addresses directly to the scanner list without needing confirmation. Much more convenient than before.

“Works well with our browsers

Pros

I like how smoothly it works with all my browsers. Storing and entering passwords has become so much simpler.

Cons

Sometimes the Windows Hello feature doesn't appear when I need it.

Found this after trying several other options and it's exactly what my team needed. Really user-friendly with a well-structured layout that makes everything simple to locate. Definitely worth recommending to others!

Cons

Getting extra licenses requires emailing the sales team instead of handling it through the platform itself. Don't get me wrong, they're super responsive and friendly but it would be much more convenient to manage this stuff directly in the software.

“Lot of useful features

Pros

Love having everything I need accessible without dealing with plain text displays. There are plenty of useful features that we rely on regularly. Integration was smooth and getting in touch with support when necessary was simple.

Cons

Nothing really bothered me about it. Everything functioned exactly as expected and I can't think of any real downsides.

The security features are top-notch and I find it useful for managing all my passwords. It's easy to use and doesn't require any technical expertise to get started.

The password sharing feature is confusing. It's marketed as being fast and simple but in practice it feels clunky and slow.

I use almost every feature since it's simple to implement in daily tasks. The password generator and passkeys are definitely the standout features.

Cons

The mobile app doesn't match up with the browser extension. Really hoping they sync these up soon. I was using an app version before that actually worked with the browser but support told me to switch to some beta extension that's supposedly faster and better. Haven't had issues since making the change though.

“Essential Tool for MSP Operations

Pros

This tool has become absolutely essential for managing my MSP business. With countless passwords, client notes and 2FA accounts to juggle, it handles everything. Love that I can access it anywhere be it web browser, desktop app on my Mac or mobile. Getting started was not hard since I could import everything from my browser's saved passwords. Honestly can't imagine working without it now, I'm using it constantly throughout the day.

Cons

The only thing stopping me from rating this a perfect 5 are those constant pop-ups in the browser. When I actually need them, they're fantastic. But when the system misreads the situation (which thankfully doesn't happen often) and they appear at the wrong moment, it feels pretty intrusive. I suppose my main gripe is that it doesn't read my mind better!

“Access without actual passcodes

Pros

With NordPass, I can give team members access without having to share the actual passcode with them which is really convenient for security.

Cons

I haven't noticed any downsides.

“Smooth transition

Pros

Found it easy to handle and the migration process we had moving our company passwords from Lastpass was smooth. The customer support team has been cooperative too. Our account rep gets back to us quickly whenever we reach out.

Cons

After two weeks of use, I can't find anything to complain about yet.

Pretty tidy interface. Appreciate that it doesn't allow password saving in browsers for security reasons.

Customer support could definitely use some work. Having phone support would be really helpful instead of just email or chat.

Pros

The password sharing functionality makes collaboration with team members so smooth. New employees can get up and running quickly without stressing about remembering complex passwords for daily tasks.

Can't stand that the one-time password doesn't work with the browser extension. You're forced to use the mobile app instead.

“Excellent 2FA feature

Pros

Working with my team has become so much easier since we can securely share credentials without anyone writing passwords on sticky notes anymore. The built-in 2FA is fantastic and I appreciate how it keeps all the codes organized right alongside the passwords.

Cons

Having to manage both an account password and master password gets confusing especially if you're not super tech-savvy.

Would love to see some webinars for newcomers. That would really help with getting started.

Getting the team on board initially was tough. Nobody wanted to try the password manager at first. Once they gave it a shot though, it became second nature!
