“great support for a complex system

Pros

Support team is very good. We use Rippling for HR and for some IT stuff and their team is very knowledgeable. If they don't know something right away, they look into it and get back to you quickly with more info.

Cons

Sometimes getting user provisioning set up correctly can be tricky but I honestly think that's just the nature of IAM systems in general, not a specific problem with Rippling.

There are so many integrations and the interface is very user friendly too.

Cons

Every single time I want to add a new feature, I have to talk to a salesperson. Just show me the price and let me add it myself and it would save me so much time and headache.

The mobile browsing experience on iPhones could be better.

As a new hire, it easily guided me to everything I needed. It keeps all our HR stuff in one place and it's easy for the company to customize and communicate what they need to us.

I don't love the IT management part of it. I used it to figure out what apps I needed and it just wasn't easy to find or understand the information.

I love the simple user interface. It takes complicated processes and makes them easy. It's just so easy to understand and use and I'm really happy with it.

design could be a little bit more stylish because right now it seems a little outdated. But it works just fine so it's not a big deal.

The product is easy to use and the mobile app is great. Signing documents is simple too which I really appreciate.

It's a great app but most people haven't even heard of Rippling yet!

Rippling handles all my day-to-day needs quickly and efficiently. It integrated smoothly with our existing software, so it was really easy to implement. I also love that it notifies me about tasks I need to complete, which makes it way easier to keep track of my duties.

Cons

There's nothing specific that Rippling really lacks so there's not much to dislike. I just wish it had a few more features and a better support system, maybe by adding a chatbot.

Everything from payroll to HR is streamlined into one seamless platform. Training people on it is easy because the interface is so clean. I appreciate that I can use it to single sign-on into a bunch of other apps. The user interface is also really interactive and easy to figure out.

I really like how much info I can see about my time off. I can easily check how much I've accrued and schedule time off without any issue.

Cons

Sometimes the words they use for menus aren't totally easy, like "Spend." It can be a little confusing.

It might seem a little complicated at first but once you get the hang of it, it's actually very simple.

I use it for pretty much everything at work. It's this all-in-one platform that makes managing employees efficient. Whether it's onboarding someone new, handling payroll or even when someone leaves the company, it's all right there in one place.

I really appreciate how smooth everything is with it. My onboarding was quick, all my documents were easy to find and my payments are always on time with a clear breakdown. The interface is clean and interactive and I love that I can manage all my info and single sign-on for many apps in one place without a bunch of back-and-forth emails.

The support is great. It guides me through payroll, HR and finance stuff and it has so many integration options. It really feels like a one-stop shop. It was also easy to implement, whether you're a new business or moving from an older system.

There are no real downsides because the software is always getting better. I just wish some of the features I want were already set up and ready to go.

The access editor is easy to use and the whole system is generally just simple.

It has a little bit of everything a company could need but honestly, all of it is kind of bad or just okay at best.

Rippling makes it easy for me to plan my weekends and vacations and to take sick leave when I need to. I can also quickly see who on my team is out of the office.

As just a regular user, I haven't run into any big problems. But I have no idea what it's like for the managers who have to use it.
