“A joy to use honestly
Pros
Okay, I might be the only one but I love the little animations on the paystubs! It's just a cute and fun system to use. Checking my pay or requesting time off is actually... enjoyable? And I always know where to find what I need.
Cons
Actually, I can't think of anything bad to say. It's the best HR system I've ever used!

“Effortless layout for quick feature access
Pros
No lie, the layout is so easy. I can find my pay stubs and benefits info in seconds. No stress.
Cons
The app itself really easy to use but I haven't had the same easy experience when I try to get help from customer service.

Pros
Honestly, it is so smooth. I always check my clock-ins and outs to make sure my hours are right and it's always spot on. Never had a single issue grabbing my paystubs either. It just works, unlike other buggy apps I've used. Plus, I can always pull up my old performance reviews to see where I need to improve.

“all-in-one but pricing adds up
Pros
My favorite part is that everything is all in one place. And as our company gets bigger and more complex, we can just add new modules as we need them.
Cons
The pricing model is my biggest problem. Every time you turn on a new feature, you get hit with another per-user fee. I really wish they had some bundle deals to save money. I can see this getting very expensive down the road.

Pros
The support team is great whenever I mess something up. The whole thing is pretty easy to use and it does a ton. The payroll features for different countries are flexible and onboarding new people is smooth with the Google and DocuSign connections. I'm always finding new things it can do.
Cons
Setting up the payroll was a bit of a complex process for my taste but the customer support was awesome and helped me solve it. One thing I really need is a way to give equity to my global contractors without using an EOR service. It's a bummer that contractor equity options aren't available.

Pros
As a manager, this keeps me sane. I can track my team's time off and documents all in one spot. It's the little things too like the birthday reminders. It actually helps me remember to shout out my team which is nice.
Cons
The interface can be a little confusing when I have to switch back and forth between my personal account and the admin account.

For our small HR team, it's a lifesaver. It just automates all the tedious stuff we used to do by hand. Definitely makes us more efficient.
Cons
We have way more retail employees than corporate ones and that's only going to grow. I'd love it if it could build some features that really make it a great HR system for retail teams.

Honestly, my favorite part is that everything is just on one page. Payroll, insurance, time off... even the websites I frequent. One click and I'm logged in. So convenient.
Cons
Sometimes I'll be logged in on the main page but if I open a new tab, it doesn't remember me. It's not a big deal but it does feel like I have to log in pretty often.
