“Simple, easy but stressful alerts
Pros
Hands down, one of the best things about IT is how simple and easy it is to use. It's not difficult at all to figure out what I need to do or what's due. The app itself is simple and I love how it looks. I can use it to look at my paystubs, request time off or see what tasks are due for my department.
Cons
I'd say my least favorite part is the bright red due dates on overdue tasks. It feels a little stressful!

“A modern and friendly experience
Pros
It is user friendly and the way all the features are organized just makes sense. As an employee, I like it way more than the systems my previous jobs used. It has a very modern feel and I actually love the fun celebratory emails I get when my paycheck hits.
Cons
This is a super small thing, but the "time off" scheduler is a little confusing. When you try to schedule custom hours over a few days, it's not clear how to enter the "starting at" and "ending at" times. It would make more sense to just let me put in the specific hours for each day.

As an HR professional, I love that Rippling's technology, custom apps and automation let me keep my company's most important workflows and information all under one roof.
Cons
Tool's product team builds new stuff really fast but the customer success team could do a better job of telling us what's coming and when it will launch.

There are some options I'd like to turn on or off that I can't. I'm not sure if that's a rule set by my company or by it, though.

“centralized platform but needs manual configuration
Pros
For me, the biggest upside to Rippling is that it houses so many systems in one place. It also integrates with other systems and lets me use single sign-on.
Cons
The system feels very self-service. A good example is our benefits; every year for open enrollment, I have to enter all the details and set up the whole experience myself. Rippling doesn't handle any of that for you.

“My effortless all-in-one hub
Pros
I've used it from the very beginning to manage my income, benefits and PTO. I also use it to review our company's structure and track our growth. It just effortlessly combines everything I need in one spot. I use it all the time and I really love this app. The mobile app is also great and easy to check from my phone.
Cons
Sometimes the login process feels a bit slow with all the verification steps you have to go through. I think that could be smoothed out for a better experience.

Pros
The payroll is good, I can view my paystubs easily and the time and attendance management works well for me.
Cons
The single sign-on with two-factor authentication could be better. Also the tools for performance, skill-building and finding a career path inside the company aren't as good as I hoped they'd be.

It's extremely easy to set up my payment info and submit HR requests, like asking for time off. It's so user-friendly and I really appreciate the email when my pay stub is ready. Everything I need is right at my fingertips and I can easily find answers to my questions. All my daily work tools are integrated, so they're central and easy to launch. I use it all the time and customer support is always ready to help.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing for me to dislike. Everything is so user-friendly and I haven't run into any glitches.

“An interactive and simple system
Pros
The interface is very interactive and easy to follow. I've never needed any help figuring out how to get around and it seems to cover all my needs. I haven't had any issues with my regular use. The mobile app is really smooth too.
Cons

“Locked in a frustrating contract
Pros
It's an all-in-one platform where I can manage all my HR stuff and benefits.
Cons
My cofounder got talked into signing a contract for way more seats than we needed. Even after we had to downsize the company, we're still locked into that contract for at least a year. On top of that, the charges don't always seem to match up with our actual people or services. And when we ask for help, Rippling support just sends us the same generic replies.

Pros
I love everything about it! They have a great team of experts who walked me through the initial setup and helped me integrate it with Microsoft 365 and our other systems.
Cons
It would be really great if it could add a separate section for Australian tax, instead of just having it lumped in with the general International one.

The coolest thing about it is how it combines HR, payroll, benefits and IT into one platform. It saves us so much time and cuts out so much busywork.
Cons
One downside is that the pricing can get pretty complicated. It's hard for a smaller business like ours to predict costs or figure out the best plan.

It is great because it puts everything, HR, IT and payroll. I don't have to jump between a bunch of different apps anymore. The automation saves me so much time and it plays nicely with other apps we use. It's just super handy for staying organized without any headaches.

It is like an all-in-one app for me. I've been using it for over a year now and what I love is that I can see my pay slip ahead of payday, track my time off and check my time and attendance. These things are really important to me and Rippling makes it easier because I can check them all in one place. It's also user-friendly and easy to use.
Cons
I've been using it for over a year now and I've never had a bad experience with it. Every update they've rolled out has actually helped me become more efficient at my job.
