I love that it keeps my benefits, payroll and time all in one place. It's very flexible and the interface is really easy to understand.

This platform gives me all my info in one spot, my payment slips, employment details and even a list of my coworkers and their roles. The best part is how simple it all is. I can check my tax documents, see my bonuses and most importantly, see how many sick days I have left.

Cons

The app on my phone is missing stuff I can see on the browser version, like my tax docs. They should fix that. Other than that, it's great.

“setup was a total smooth

Pros

Setup was very simple, from the invite email to installing the software. Every step had a clear guide. I was easily able to add my bank account for my salary and I love that I can even add multiple accounts and split my pay between them. I can change it anytime, too. Installing the app, setting up my profile and just navigating around is really easy.

Cons

The permission names are way too technical and scary. Just tell me what it does in plain English.

It just makes sense. Everything is in one central spot, my benefits, time off, training and important dates. The single sign-on is a lifesaver for getting into other company apps. I'm on it all the time.

I wish it were easier to hide my old accounts. Since I worked at this same organization before and a legal change created a new profile for me back then, it feels like a bit much that I now have three different profiles to look at.

The way everything is connected in Rippling makes onboarding very smooth. You do one quick setup and you're all set for payroll, system access, benefits and IT stuff.

Feels like some features are a bit light because they're building so much stuff at once. But having everything connected natively is a huge plus.

It stands out because it puts everything in one place, onboarding, payroll, benefits, even managing devices. The interface is so clean, it's simple to set up new hires, handle time-off requests and run payroll without switching between a bunch of different systems. Their support team is also great, they answer fast which makes fixing any issues or adding new features really quick.

Cons

it's a lot to take in at the start, very overwhelming. You gotta put in the time to learn everything. The mobile app has some occasional glitches but they fix them fast.

I think it is pretty user-friendly. It let us move away from our old PEO system and has made everything a much better experience for our employees.

The best part is how easy it is. The tabs make sense and it actually reminds me of stuff I need to do for work. The payday alerts are a nice touch too! And their support is great and someone always answers my questions fast.
