Pros

I find it really easy to see my pay and submit any expenses.

Cons

Don't like that I can't really add or remove things from my view. It would be nice to hide the stuff I don't need to see.

A lot of the features are priced separately instead of all being included in one price. On the plus side, this does mean you can pick and choose what you need for your situation.

It is like this one smart system that does all the background work for our team, HR, payroll, IT stuff. It's so much better than using five different apps. Everything just talks to each other.

It's great for standard stuff but if your team has really specific onboarding steps or weird policy quirks, you might find that you can't customize it enough.

Rippling walks me through any request step-by-step, so I never get stuck. It's fast, it keeps me in the loop and they're always rolling out new features. It's a must-have for my day and setting it up was easy. Such a awsome app.

They need to add some new features and get better customer support. They should handle questions faster, maybe even by using AI helpers.

I enjoy using this software because it's simple, clean and easy to understand. I never have a problem finding what I need, whether it's an old pay stub or my insurance info. it has it all! I highly recommend it!

The colors are a little boring but it's so easy to read and find my way around that I honestly don't have any real dislikes!
