Pros
I find it really easy to see my pay and submit any expenses.
Cons
Don't like that I can't really add or remove things from my view. It would be nice to hide the stuff I don't need to see.

so easy to check my paystubs, see what training I need and request time off. I can see if my manager's approved it yet and everything.
Cons
I really wish the password manager had a "stay logged in" feature. It's a bit of a problem to log in every single time.

It's literally the hub for everything at work. If I ever have a "where do I find that?" moment, the answer is always Rippling.
Cons
Haven't run into any downsides yet! That's the main reason I'd recommend it to someone.

I always find what I'm looking for, like, right away. No digging through menus forever.

Pros
The best part is just how much it does for the business. Having it all connected saves me so much time and honestly, probably stops a lot of little mistakes from happening.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike about it but if I had to pick one thing, I'd say it can be somewhat complicated to get everything set up in the beginning.

Onboarding new hires and offboarding people who leave is so smooth now. All the workflows are automated and it just talks to our other systems without any effort.
Cons
A lot of the features are priced separately instead of all being included in one price. On the plus side, this does mean you can pick and choose what you need for your situation.

It is like this one smart system that does all the background work for our team, HR, payroll, IT stuff. It's so much better than using five different apps. Everything just talks to each other.
Cons
It's great for standard stuff but if your team has really specific onboarding steps or weird policy quirks, you might find that you can't customize it enough.

Rippling walks me through any request step-by-step, so I never get stuck. It's fast, it keeps me in the loop and they're always rolling out new features. It's a must-have for my day and setting it up was easy. Such a awsome app.
Cons
They need to add some new features and get better customer support. They should handle questions faster, maybe even by using AI helpers.
