“Need a version for smaller businesses”
Pros
I like how it enables global deployment across multiple locations with strong multilingual support. The IP-based interactive messaging services are significantly more cost-effective than traditional SMS, which really helps with budget management. What's clever is that it still maintains SMS functionality when needed, giving you the best of both worlds for different scenarios.
Cons
I wish they offered a version for smaller companies like mine. Right now it's really only built for enterprise-level clients, which leaves us smaller businesses having to look elsewhere. We've ended up using WhatsApp and Telegram instead, which work fine for basic messaging but obviously don't have all the advanced features this platform offers.
