“Simplifies architectural BIM models”
Pros
After spending 14 years in the building energy modeling industry I have always wished for a tool like this. abstractBIM is a software that simplifies detailed architectural BIM models and allows for smooth import of the geometry data into any building energy modeling software you prefer.
Cons
A few of the companys documents have not been translated into English which is a problem. And since there is no North American office, I cannot get support during my working hours. That said based on my discussions with the company it seems like both issues will be sorted out in the near future.
