“Well-integrated and reliable
Pros
There are so many features packed into a modern yet easy to understand design. Plus I really like how everything is organized and how seamlessly it integrates with other Adobe products.
Cons
Well I would prefer a simpler way to apply effects to an audio file.

“Full-featured audio editing tool
Pros
Adobe Audition has a powerful audio editing engine that even integrates with video workflows for editing audio in videos. However it should not be considered a full DAW since it lacks MIDI management. But Adobe does not aim for it to be one. As an editing tool it is incredibly powerful allowing multi-track audio recording, mono and stereo channel management, third-party plugin use and various built-in signal processors. Also it lets you edit a single stereo channel separately, which no DAW I know can do. The spectrum analyzer is also top notch with multiple display modes and it has everything you need for mixing and mastering audio.
Cons
I first started using Audition 14 years ago thinking of it as a DAW software. And back then the lack of MIDI support seemed like the biggest shortcoming.

“High-performance audio software
Pros
Audition is a powerful audio editing software that is pretty easy to use after a little bit of learning. I especially like the features that enhance audio quality which is highly useful when creating podcasts. Even the timeline is very clear and makes it easy for me to edit longer audio tracks.
Cons
The costs are relatively high and I would love to see more AI-powered features. Adobe already offers a helpful web tool called Adobe Podcast to improve podcast audio quality. So I feel like it would be great if they integrated this tool directly into Audition as it would simplify some tasks.

“Packed with a lot of useful tools
Pros
Adobe Audition is really easy to use and has a complete range of tools that make podcast production and audio editing pretty simple for me. And like other Adobe products it integrates pretty well with the Creative Suite.
Cons
My only issue with Audition is that there are alternatives on the market offering similar features without the monthly subscription. Still it's worth the price to have seamless integration with other Adobe products.

“Useful tool
Pros
If you are already a part of the Adobe Creative Cloud then Audition is a pretty affordable choice since you are already paying for the subscription. I will give you one suggestion only that check your subscription details to be sure.
Cons
There is nothing too much negative that I have to share.

“Not recommended
Pros
This software is very user-friendly so I could use it for basic audio file editing without much trouble.
Cons
Subscription feels endless. Like it is almost impossible to stop paying for this service. I recommend trying it out first to ensure it's the right product for you. Like I have paid $32 a month for a year but it did not meet my needs.

“Love the quality
Pros
It is one of the most powerful tools for editing and mixing music. We can easily edit multiple tracks even when the music files are large and complex. Plus the integration with other Adobe products makes it one of the best options out there and the audio produced is top quality too.
Cons
I feel like it can be a bit overwhelming for first time users and keep in mind it is on the pricier side due to the need for an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.

“Pretty essential tool
Pros
I find it pretty perfect for managing both simple and heavy audio mixing especially for radio production.
Cons
It is a bit expensive and the sad thing is that there is no option for a one-time purchase.
