“fun and intuitive animation start”

Pros

Getting started with FlipaClip was a lot of fun to make short animations based on funny things my fiancee said. I went in knowing absolutely nothing about animation but I was able to pick it up pretty quickly and start creating small clips without much trouble. The app is also user friendly and easy to use.

Cons

Going back to edit earlier clips can be a little tricky at times. That said, once you understand how it works, it becomes much more manageable.

“plenty of creative options”

Pros

There are quite a few features available even on the free plan. It works well for anything from basic animations to more detailed projects and being able to add my own audio and video into the animations is a really nice touch.

Cons

One downside is how strongly the app pushes premium upgrades. Even after paying for all the premium features, the premium audio packs still are not included, so that ends up costing an extra $8.
