Overall good tool

Pros

Ive been using Picresize for a while and it's been free the entire time. It's perfect for beginners with simple design. I can crop, resize, flip, add borders or effects and even revert to the original if I need to. Everything is clearly displayed and easy to find. Plus, there's no need to download anything or sign up.

Cons

Picresize only supports PNG, GIF, BMP and JPG. Normally this isn't a huge issue but every now and then it's inconvenient. The basic features are really just that basic. There's not much to complain about though.
