“fantastic video creation toolkit”

Pros

Interface felt very simple to use. It automatically turned blog posts into polished videos that were still easy to customize and there are plenty of free stock videos and templates available. The free trial is useful and the paid version is fairly affordable afterward. It also adds captions automatically which saves even more time. Overall, it's a huge time-saver especially for marketers who don't have any video editing background.

Cons

One thing I'd still love to see is a mobile option for creating videos, although using it on desktop has been perfectly fine as it is.

Pros

It is easy to use. I needed it for a college assignment and I was able to get everything done without any problems. I've used other tools before but this one really stood out in terms of ease. The process was smooth and I didn't feel overwhelmed at all even though I was on a tight deadline. It made completing my assignment so much easier!

It was a little laggy at first but honestly, the video quality in the end was amazing.

I'm actually pretty frustrated because I keep getting an error message when trying to download videos. Right now I can't even download a video I've spent hours working on for the last 48 hours.

Pros

Pictory is incredibly easy to use and very user-friendly. The interface is so clean which makes creating videos smooth and efficient. Even as a beginner, I didn't have any trouble. The whole process felt natural and I wasn't left scratching my head trying to figure out how to do things.

Cons

One small downside is that finding certain features can be a bit tricky, as they're not always easy to find right away. Also having more Portuguese voices from Portugal (not Brazil) would be a nice addition.

Pros

It's user friendly and the results are fantastic. A lot of people have complimented me on my videos! I was nervous at first but once I started using it, I realized how simple it was to create amazing content. The final product looked polished and professional and I got tons of compliments from friends and colleagues. Honestly I didn't expect such great results with such little effort!

I still really want to be able to add my own voice as one of your AI voice choices in Pictory.

It has a really simple and easy-to-use design. The dashboard is clear and all the tools are easy to find. Even though I'm not an expert in video editing, I was able to start making videos quickly without any issues. The whole experience was user-friendly. I didn't have to spend hours figuring things out and It made the whole video creation process feel much less intimidating. I was able to make videos in no time and they turned out great!

I keep forgetting my passwords, so that's totally on me!

The video generation quality is excellent, with clear output and plenty of visuals that make the final result look really polished.

It's been frustrating dealing with the download error messages. At the moment, I still haven't been able to download a video I spent hours creating over the last 48 hours.

A minor drawback is that certain features can take a bit of searching because they are not always visible straight away. It would also be a nice improvement to have more European Portuguese voices instead of Brazilian Portuguese options.

Simple and user-friendly layout made it approachable. The dashboard is clean and the tools are placed where they're easy to spot. Even without much experience in video editing, I was able to jump in and start creating videos pretty quickly without running into much trouble.

The only issue has been passwords but that's really on me since I keep forgetting them.

There are a few restrictions with the Story Add feature and it's frustrating that you can't return to the story builder section once you've moved on.

The script creation is really strong and the auto video selection is surprisingly accurate. On average, about 7 out of 10 clips it picks for the videos I make are good choices.

One thing that still needs work is the selection of British AI voices. There don't seem to be enough of them and I've also had trouble with the speech speed. In general, most of the voices don't have that sales-style presence I'm looking for. I'd also prefer the outline/shadow on headings to be optional instead of turned on by default. Another improvement would be letting the on-screen script be separate from the script the AI reads, so extra characters could be added to help with pronunciation.

This software feels incredibly powerful and packed with useful features. I especially appreciate the images and video clips it includes and the editing process is simple to work with.

A few of the voices come across as artificial and the music quality is not consistently good.

It's been a really enjoyable piece of software to use. I originally got it for business purposes but I've ended up using it for fun as well.

Cons

I ran out of the enhanced voice credits and the only upgrade option available was an annual plan, even though I only needed extra credits for a temporary one-month shortage.

I've been dealing with an issue for over 24 hours and there still hasn't been any response or support to help resolve it.
