“Essential for video hosting

Pros

It is an excellent video hosting platform with fantastic analytics and lead capture tools that provide marketers like me with clear, detailed insights. I also like how it seamlessly integrates with Marketo.

Cons

The pricing could be improved. As I am not sure if small businesses can afford this tool. And while it is feature-rich I feel like it would be great if more features were available under the free trial.

Pros

With Wistia software I find it really simple to create videos with tons of options for enhancements and measurements.

Cons

Well $400 for the Advanced package feels a bit overpriced to me.

Pros

The webinar tool in Wistia offers a fresh, modern way to host webinars and capture leads unlike many other tools that feel outdated. Plus the feature that lets us see where our videos are embedded is incredibly helpful as well as the video analytics to track how your content is performing.

Cons

Migrating content from channel pages to the regular library can be tricky because they use a different URL structure. Also the webinar sign-up options do not allow full customization of fields to match our HubSpot fields.

“Makes customization easy

Pros

I really liked how easy it was to customize thumbnails and video players when embedding them on my website. The UI is also very user friendly and there are plenty of options to choose from.

Cons

It was not obvious at first that you could link to timestamps in the video but once I figured it out it turned out to be a great additional feature.

“Can't get better than this

Pros

Not only is the performance reliable, but it also has some excellent features. Moreover the comprehensive documentation and integrations work seamlessly for us from the start.

Cons

I feel like user management features could be more detailed but it is definitely not a dealbreaker.

“A fantastic platform

Pros

You can host videos in either channels or projects with channels providing a great public facing playlist. Also the platform is easy to navigate and very user friendly. It even makes storing and organizing videos a simple process and I find it an excellent hosting option. The new auto-captioning/transcribing feature is really useful too although it could use some improvements. However I imagine it works on machine learning so it will get more accurate over time.

Cons

The only problem is the extra charges when you exceed your video allowance. We are currently reviewing our videos to see if any can be hosted internally instead of publicly shared.

“Your business needs this video platform

Pros

There are many features I love like the CTR but if I had to pick just one, it would be the replace media feature. Also it has been a lifesaver when I need to update media that's embedded in multiple places without the need to re upload or re embed it.

Cons

So far I have not come across any issues with the platform and when I do need assistance, Wistia's customer service is excellent. I can honestly say it is the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Pros

The speed for hosting videos is faster and more improved compared to most other platforms we have used.

Cons

I feel like it would be great to have more templates available for creating videos.

I love how Wistia lets me stream my videos smoothly and their analytics feature allows me to curate my content pretty nicely.

For an individual user I think it can be a bit pricey.

Pros

It is very simple and easy to use but the good thing is that there are powerful features available if you need them. Such as few of the marketing features like email gating are very essential for us.

Cons

No real downsides. However some features like HubSpot integration are only available on higher-tier plans but that is understandable for B2B software.

The best part of this software to me is how easy it is to customize and manage videos, share them with other companies and get detailed analytics.

I could not find anything I dislike about this program. Also it is easy to use and offers lot of different options.

I used Wistia to host and manage all my videos in one place and the best thing is that it also integrated it with HubSpot.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about it. As I have never had any issues at all.
