The one area where BigCommerce doesn't quite meet my needs is site customization, it's not as flexible as I would like.

For larger or more complex projects, it can still need additional development work. Because of that, it's worth reviewing the full scope of the project before choosing it, whether the business is a small company or a large enterprise.

For a growing business this platform is well-suited. The 24/7/365 customer support is incredibly helpful and the range of integrations adds a lot of value. It's been very beneficial for business growth, ongoing improvements and reliable support. The website templates are fairly simple although the platform does come with require some practice since it's not as simple as just copying and pasting. That said the added personalization makes it possible to build a site that feels much more unique to me.

Cons

The biggest hurdle is definitely the time needed to learn it but it balances that out with excellent customer support that helps you work through any issues that come up.

Handling critical processes has been quick and easy and overall everything has worked really well so far, for us.

Cons

Reporting side still needs improvement since return reports show full refunds but don't support running reports for partial refunds.

Adding product information into the system went smoothly for me and the website design side was equally easy to work with. Customer service has been really helpful and there are some very impressive templates available for building out the site.

The app selection could definitely be broader, ideally closer to what Shopify offers.

BigCommerce has been great for my growing business. From their round-the-clock customer support to the many integrations available, it's been invaluable for business development and support. The website templates are simple but I experienced a bit of a learning curve since it's not as simple as copy-and-paste. However the ability to personalize makes my website stand out.

The learning curve can be tough but thankfully BigCommerce offers excellent customer support that helps me navigate through any challenges I face.

I didn't find any advantages with this product � it just didn't meet my expectations.

BIGCOMMERCE-FRAUDERS! Return my money!!! Nothing works and it's impossible to change the topic. No feedback either. After reading the reviews, I see I'm not alone these guys are scammers!!!
