A nightmare experience

Pros

Well in the beginning Shipwire looked promising with all its features but in the end it felt to me more like just a platform. Their focus seems to be on the tech itself, not on actually handling orders or providing solid support.

Cons

Their support is outsourced and the agents clearly are not well trained. Replies are slow and usually just copy-paste responses. Our shipping experience was a nightmare as wrong stock levels, lost parcels and a lot of mistakes with work orders. After using them for two years, we finally left and it was the best move we made. As it seems more focused on flashy features and a modern interface than actually doing the most important thing that is dispatching orders properly and offering decent service.

Simply poor

Pros

Honestly nothing about this company or the software worked for us. Everything was terrible and getting any fix from their dev team took forever like weeks and weeks.

Cons

It could not even calculate stock accurately which made things really difficult on our end.

Save yourself and look for another company

Pros

It is quite good that we can upload orders and if we are using a third-party connector, we can even automate e-commerce fulfillment. Plus the system works okay for small orders like one or two items per customer.

Cons

If you are thinking of moving all your inventory or have large orders to fulfill I would say do not count on them. Their system is broken and customer service is average at best. Our products felt stuck in a mess we could not fix.
