“Effective marketing tools”
Pros
If you're trying to take your products online and reach more customers, this is definitely worth considering. I started using this platform not long ago and I've been very happy with it. One thing I really appreciate is that you don't need any programming or IT background to get started. With just a few online tutorials, it's possible to put together an ecommerce website pretty quickly. Another big plus is how user friendly the platform is especially with the built in guidance that helps you get set up without much trouble. The templates are also a huge benefit because they make it possible to create a polished, professionallooking webstore. On top of that it includes the key tools needed to launch and run an online shop such as email marketing for reaching potential customers, inventory management for tracking orders and SEO features that help improve online visibility and search traffic.
Cons
At this point the only problem I've run into is resizing images which feels more complicated and tiring than it should be. The pricing is also on the higher side.

“fast setup”
Pros
Getting a store up and running with it takes hardly any time and that's easily the best part for me. The themes are really well done and for a managed platform, it still gives you a surprising amount of flexibility when it comes to design and functions. Support is also quick to respond, very helpful and it genuinely feels like they care.
Cons
There's not much to complain about but costs can add up pretty fast so it's worth keeping an eye on that.

“powerful ecommerce website builder”
Pros
Setting up an ecommerce store with it is one of its biggest strengths. It's a template-based platform so building and growing an online business feels very easy even without coding. The overall user experience is also really good especially when it comes to managing products, handling delivery and keeping listings updated.
Cons
One downside is the cost since plans, built in themes and extra plugins needed to make the website more responsive can get expensive. Another limitation is that it is mainly designed for product-based businesses so it's not the best fit for service-based companies.

“top pick for online stores”
Pros
Right now it feels like one of the strongest e-commerce website builders available. The platform is easy to work with and you do not need much web development knowledge to build and launch your store with it.
Cons
It is still on the expensive side compared with other options although it does feel worth the cost.

“integrated storefront”
Pros
Setting up an online store takes a huge amount of trouble out of the process. Unlike WooCommerce there's no need to look for hosting, install a CMS, add a long list of plugins or manually set up event tracking just to understand user behavior and send that data to ad platforms. It all comes built in and starts working right away so you can get everything running with very little effort. Their customer support is amazing as well, always available and genuinely helpful. The control panel is also really solid.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost. It is very expensive because it also takes a percentage of your sales and honestly that pricing model feels excessive to me. I really dislike that so many people have accepted it as normal. If you have a developer available or enough time to handle things yourself, WooCommerce can be a better option since you avoid that extra percentage fee. That said, your own time or your developer's time also has value so the better choice really depends on which tradeoff makes more sense for you.

“friendly dashboard”
Pros
It is a very user friendly platform for selling products or running a dropshipping business. The dashboard is simple to access and gives you confidence when you're uploading products. Uploading and downloading inventory reports in Excel is also very convenient. The video tutorials are excellent for learning and I really enjoyed the testimonial videos as well.
Cons
The 14 day trial period should really be extended to a full month. Starting an online business takes time so having a 30 day trial would make a lot more sense.

“powerful store setup flexibility”
Pros
I can build a site fairly quickly which makes launching fast and the available layouts work well for pretty much any kind of business. And if someone on your team knows how to code, then the customization options feel almost limitless.
Cons
I would like to see a bigger selection of free themes. I get why there are limits around that but having more free options available would help avoid the stale feel that some of the current themes can have.

“Amazing support”
Pros
Building a polished website has been one of my favorite parts of using it and keeping up with inventory is just as easy. I originally launched with a very simple site, then about a year later I bought a theme and it completely transformed the entire look of my store. I was really pleased with how simple the setup process was. Adding new inventory is quick and now that the platform lets you enter the product cost, it's even more useful for tracking profits. I also have to mention the customer service because it has been amazing. Every time I've needed help, the support team has been incredibly helpful and always able to fix whatever issue came up. Overall it is an excellent option for small business owners and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a platform to use!
Cons
There's not much to complain about with it but one area that could be better is switching over to a new theme. A lot of the existing content doesn't automatically reformat during the transition. Still once you go through and update everything, the site is ready to go.

“plenty of integrations”
Pros
It works well with a wide range of external tools and payment options and it gives you enough customization to build the exact kind of website a client is asking for.
Cons
A frustrating part is that you can't publish your website unless you pick a paid plan. On top of that you usually have to spend extra to unlock the features needed for a more competitive site. It would also be better if analytics were available to every type of customer.

“sleek storefronts”
Pros
The designs look polished, the platform is easy to use and keeping up with products and sales is very manageable. It also connects well with third-party APIs and marketing tools which helps a lot. Another big plus is that many Virtual Assistants already know the system so delegating work is much simpler for me. I prefer tools that stay simple and this option fits that well. My goal is to keep building passive income through several stores in this space.
Cons
The template selection feels a bit limited and a lot of the development work happens on the backend which is not ideal since I'm a visual person and prefer to see changes as I make them. It can also become overwhelming when you start adding all the integrations needed to turn a store into a large, highly profitable business. Also the best templates seem overpriced while the built in options tend to look basic and are not very customizable. I'd also like to see a stronger blogging section and more visual features such as video support for pitching or promoting the business. It would be even better if the platform could support online courses with private logins as well.

“Needs minimal effort”
Pros
Putting together a professional looking website doesn't take much effort or any real web building knowledge. There is some difficulty at the beginning but once you get past that, the platform becomes very easy to use.
Cons
Something that still doesn't make much sense to me is why so many features depend on separate apps. That setup means you often have to deal with third party providers whenever something goes wrong with an app. A lot of those apps seem to cover functions that really should already be built into the platform itself. That said the apps I've needed have been free so far so I can live with it for now.

“powerful store setup and integrations”
Pros
It comes with little to no fees without requiring much coding knowledge to set up a shop. It also connects really well with inventory from other marketplaces and the platform seems to cover just about everything you might need. Adding new products, updating prices and linking payment processors is all very easy too.
Cons
it doesn't support every payment processor. Most of the major, well known options are included but if you rely on a lesser known provider, there's a good chance it won't be available.

“multichannel growth that delivers”
Pros
Has done a great job helping our business get in front of more people through a variety of marketing channels. We've seen real growth after relying on them for our B2B solutions and their multi-channel eCommerce tools have been especially valuable. It's an excellent way to sell products in the places where our customers are already shopping.
Cons
The only minor problem is that getting everything set up at the beginning can be a bit challenging but that's fairly common with any new system being introduced into a business. On the plus side, their customer support team is always ready to help even if you're completely new to it.

“quick setup”
Pros
The 14 day trial gave us enough time to test everything and see if it was the right fit. It works well with a wide range of payment gateways and the platform is simple to pick up even without prior experience. There are plenty of helpful resources available during setup so building our store didn't feel overwhelming at all. Even with no background in web design or development, we had our store up and running very quickly. The bulk upload feature was also a huge time-saver for us.
Cons
I'd really want a lower cost subscription option for businesses that only need to list fewer than 20 items while still having access to the same features as stores with thousands of products. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints.

“stellar support”
Pros
There are plenty of free themes and plugins available so even users with very little technical knowledge can have products online in just a few days. The support has also been excellent with live chat, phone and email all available. Responses were consistently fast and even when an issue had to be passed to a developer, it was usually answered and resolved within 24 hours.
Cons
Cost and customization are two setbacks. Because it's built to be so user friendly making custom changes can be surprisingly limiting. Once you need anything beyond very basic eCommerce features, you usually have to piece together multiple plugins to make it work properly. Most of those add ons come with their own monthly subscription so the costs can climb fast. After adding only a few plugins, paying $300 or more per month just to cover essential functions is not unusual. Also if you want major changes to the design or deeper functions, you hit the platforms limits pretty quickly. It often turns into either a much bigger task than it should be for a simple change or something the platform just cannot do at all.

“powerful ecommerce platform”
Pros
Has been one of the best eCommerce platforms and content management systems I've used! Adding products, captions and prices is simple and there are plenty of extensions and apps in the marketplace to choose from based on different needs. Payment method integration is also easy. It comes with its own admin panel which makes managing products very convenient and there are themes available in the marketplace as well.
Cons
A downside is that some apps still aren't available and building a custom app can be difficult.

“Love it!”
Pros
After trying everything from open source carts connected to WordPress to bigger e-commerce platforms like Volusion, this has been the best option by far! It's very user friendly, highly flexible and backed by a strong developer community. When custom work is needed, it's simple to make changes and there's no shortage of developers who can handle it. It also works well for every size of business, from individual sellers all the way up to major brands like Nike and it scales really well across the board.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say because I've had a very positive experience with it. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the publishing system. It would be helpful if users had a QA or staging environment where they could review changes before pushing them live.

“modern themes and secure checkout”
Pros
Takes just minutes to set up a store which is one of its biggest strengths. I use it often for client projects and they always appreciate the modern themes available across different types of e-commerce sites. It also comes with a built in checkout that feels secure and reliable.
Cons
When it comes to more detailed design work, it can feel a bit restrictive at first. That said there's still flexibility through custom code and theme edits. With a web developer involved, you can customize the entire store from top to bottom.

“Great platform!”
Pros
Coming from other ecommerce platforms, the admin area on this option feels instantly familiar. That makes sense since it more or less set the standard. If the goal is to sell physical products or digital downloads, getting a store up and running is very easy and quick. The themes are better than expected as well including the free options. On the sales side even the basic plan includes abandoned cart notifications which is both a genuinely useful feature and a smart way to encourage upgrades. Since abandoned-cart emails can be so effective at bringing shoppers back even stores on the entry plan have a solid chance to boost revenue and eventually outgrow it. That's a pretty smart setup all around.
Cons
Once a store starts generating serious revenue, upgrading becomes pretty much unavoidable. I'm not convinced every business owner can keep pace with the added fees while also trying to scale. I still lean toward WordPress because a lot of my clients want membership sites and online courses. It does have apps that try to cover those needs but compared with WordPress they fall short on features, support and overall value, at least in my opinion.

“helpful resources”
Pros
The two-week free trial is great for getting familiar with the features and testing different themes. Integrating third-party apps is smooth and easy. Coming from a non-technical background, I was still able to set up two stores that turned out looking amazing.
Cons
Pricing can climb pretty quickly so it's important to keep a close eye on the costs. The part I dislike most is the extra 2% commission it charges on top of the monthly subscription fee we already pay.
