Pros
It's extremely user friendly and comes with pretty much every feature you could need.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much to complain about. Even the pricing feels quite reasonable.

“my review”
Pros
Setting up our own online store with it didn't require any technical background which made the whole process very approachable. There are plenty of templates available and they helped us build personalized themes that work well for our customers while shopping on the site. Since it's a hosted web solution, we also don't have to stress about managing hosting ourselves. For small businesses, it's definitely a valuable option because the pricing is affordable. Another big plus is that it can scale along with the number and variety of products you want to sell. The platform is very user friendly, offers lots of third-party integrations and the customer support has been excellent. Whenever there's an issue, their team responds very quickly.
Cons
Works really well for beginners but it may feel limiting for users with stronger technical skills and deeper expertise. While it offers around a hundred templates, needing more than that can leave you with fewer options than expected. It does allow a fair amount of front-end customization but backend customization is much more restricted which can be a drawback depending on your needs.

“solid for small stores”
Pros
Running three stores on the platform has worked out really well while staying small. It does the job nicely at that stage but once you start scaling, the costs go up a lot and it stops feeling worth the price. Since it's a closed source platform, you also don't get much freedom to change things the way you want.
Cons
The biggest downside is how little control you have over the code. You can't really modify much yourself and you're mostly limited to the apps and plugins available in their marketplace.

“no expertise needed”
Pros
Security is one of its strongest points and the chances of your store getting hacked feel extremely low. The platform is well established, backed by solid support resources and it has a long track record of integrating well with other services. There is some difficulty when it comes to understanding the interface and backend but you do not need to know how to code to get started. If you do want custom development, there are plenty of developers available. Setting up payment options is easy and it covers all the core ecommerce needs reliably.
Cons
Most of the better plugins are charged as monthly subscriptions instead of a one-time purchase. That can push costs up quickly when you need features that are not built into the platform natively. Support is only average and you often have to explain issues in a lot of detail before getting help. The interface and backend also feel like they could be more modern and accessible especially now that more advanced code and tools are available. A refresh in that area would make store design and setup much more user friendly.

“quick launch for online stores”
Pros
It's clearly designed for people who aren't very tech-savvy and may not have much money to invest at the beginning. You can just pick a template, choose a few settings, upload your logo and product images, enter your prices and set up shipping options.
Cons
Feels pretty limited when it comes to functions even if you pay for the upgraded plans. When you compare it to open-source cart platforms like Magento, where developers have full access to the PHP source code, it keeps everything on its own servers and doesn't give web developers much freedom to customize how the platform works.

“lots of themes and useful apps”
Pros
Getting started felt exciting right away. It really shines with its themes and setting up a store is very easy even if you have zero experience. There are plenty of free apps available to build out your store and the platform also gives you lots of themes to choose from.
Cons
Problem is the constant spending. You get a 14 day trial but after that you have to pay to keep your store running. If you want better apps, those usually cost extra too. And if you want your store to really grow, you'll probably need to spend on ads. It can burn through your budget fast so be ready to put real money into it.

“my choice!”
Pros
One of the best parts is how well it connects with Facebook and Instagram. It lets you sell products from your website directly on those channels without having to manually upload images and descriptions again on social media which saves a lot of time. It also works really well for dropshipping and similar online selling setups.
Cons
Pricing is the biggest downside. The platform is very good but for a small startup it can be expensive and if sales are not coming in, the cost starts to feel like a real burden. They also seem quick to shut down your site if there is an issue with payment. My advice would be to start on a different platform first and move to this platform once the business begins to pick up.

“launching stores in no time”
Pros
Even without any web design skills, it's possible to put together a website quickly and start selling right away. It also connects with plenty of helpful apps which made things more convenient for me. I downloaded an email app to stay in touch with subscribers and I was able to purchase my domain directly through it too.
Cons
I'd really like to see more website templates available. At times people can instantly tell that my site was built on this platform which makes it feel a bit less unique.

“everything needed and more”
Pros
If I had to sum up the platform in one line, it would be "everything I needed and then some." It comes with a huge range of features for running an online store so much so that I sometimes am not even sure which tools I should be using. Thankfully their support team has been great and always helps me work through any questions or issues that come up. Having a backend that's simple to set up makes it much easier to put my attention on the product instead of getting stuck managing the store itself.
Cons
Its pricing can be tough to justify when you're just starting out as a new business.

“Love it”
Pros
Putting a site together feels very structured because everything is built around the setup forms. You basically enter your information, make your updates and it all flows right into the theme. It's a very different approach from designing in WordPress but I've been getting used to it and I'm enjoying how it works.
Cons
Issue is that the plugins work very differently and a lot of them come with separate subscriptions. That can be tough for a small business since you're already paying for the platform and then any extra functions often means paying for additional apps on top of that.
