“simple website setup”
Pros
Setting up and managing a website with it is really easy. It takes a lot of the trouble out of building and maintaining an online store.
Cons
It's not the best choice if you need to integrate with Clover.

“reliable fit for ecommerce”
Pros
From day one, this has been very reliable and simple to figure out. After looking into a lot of competing platforms, this one turned out to be the best match for my ecommerce needs.
Cons
One thing I still wish it had is the ability to ship from a different address when needed.

“STrong results”
Pros
Even people with very little digital experience can get the hang of this platform quickly since it's very user friendly and simple to figure out.
Cons
The starting price is a bit on the expensive side even though the platform delivers very strong results.

“SEO friendly”
Pros
It comes well optimized for SEO. It's simple to use and works well for almost anyone, regardless of their skill level.
Cons
It is a bit expensive. There are also a few small, random tasks that can be harder to do because the system is so organized and built in a very specific way.

“easy to start using”
Pros
Getting started with it is really easy and you can have everything up and running in no time even without any prior experience.
Cons
It feels like you need a separate app for almost everything. The built-in features are solid but I still end up going to the app store all the time.

“convenient setup, pricey monthly cost”
Pros
Setting a store up and running with this is very easy from top to bottom. The whole setup process feels simple to use especially when you're starting completely from scratch. I'd say it is on the expensive side but in the end, you're paying for the convenience it gives when launching a business with nothing in place yet.
Cons
The monthly subscription is a bit too expensive and really could be more affordable. Still like I mentioned, that level of convenience usually comes at a price.

“confusing and unsupported platform issues”
Pros
Honestly there's nothing positive to mention here. The whole thing feels confusing and very unfriendly to use.
Cons
You try to get yourself positioned on certain platforms and then out of nowhere you're told it's "not supported" anymore for whatever reason.

“fast launch”
Pros
It works really well for getting a small or medium sized business started in e commerce. There are plenty of templates to choose from so putting together a store and getting live doesn't take long. It also offers strong payment integration options through its partners which makes accepting payments pretty easy.
Cons
Transaction fees can be a downside especially if you're on one of the lower-tier plans. Customizing the platform also isn't the most easy part. It has improved a lot compared to years ago but if you want anything beyond a standard template, you'll probably end up needing help from a developer.

Pros
There are plenty of apps and built-in features that make it easier to expand and scale your store over time.

The downside is that some of the more advanced apps and premium themes can become quite expensive.

“powerful storefront customization”
Pros
By far the most user friendly e commerce platform I've used, with top tier features and plenty of customization for advanced users who want more control.
Cons
App costs and parts of the broader community can feel predatory especially for sellers who don't have front-end web design experience.

“detailed receipts”
Pros
The technology behind it works well and the detailed written receipts for transactions are a real plus.
Cons
Something that's been frustrating is not being able to access past transactions through the portal. That feature might be available somewhere but if it is, I haven't been able to find it.

“Strong marketing”
Pros
Feels easy to stat off with thanks to its organized interface and beginner friendly onboarding. Setting up an online store doesn't take much effort even if you're new to ecommerce. The checkout flow also works really well, giving customers a smooth buying experience. On top of that, there are tons of marketing apps available which makes it easier for businesses to stay competitive and connect with their target audience effectively.
Cons
An area where this falls short is the pricing for its B2B plans which is on the expensive side. That can become a real issue for businesses trying to grow or for teams that need to keep a close eye on budget.

“quick store setup, limited admin roles”
Pros
You can get an online store up and running in just a day or two with it even if you don't have much web development knowledge.
Cons
One drawback is that it doesn't offer many role options for different kinds of admins and getting child or parent access requires paying an additional fee.

“selling online feels effortless”
Pros
Selling products online with this is really easy and it makes running an online store feel much more manageable.
Cons
Connecting it with QuickBooks hasn't been simple. The only option is a bulk connection app and it doesn't help with inventory or automated customer information at all.

“Tons of integrations”
Pros
Moving from an idea to a finished store happens quickly with this platform. It's simple to use, has plenty of integrations and apps and the whole platform makes launching things feel fast and easy.
Cons
A frustrating part is that there are still a few areas we can't change, update or edit ourselves. Sometimes the fix is obvious and we already know how to handle it but we're stuck waiting because only they can make those adjustments.

“efficient built-in tools”
Pros
It comes packed with a lot of built-in features including inventory tracking, payment processing and shipping integrations which makes running an online store much more convenient.
Cons
The issue is that it can become fairly expensive once everything adds up from the monthly subscription to transaction fees if you're not using their payments plus the extra app costs needed to unlock all the features you want.

“best choice!”
Pros
Launching an online store with this platform feels like one of the best choices for building a successful e commerce brand. The interface is very user friendly and the setup process is probably the simplest available which makes it a clear option for anyone starting from scratch. With more than 50 customizable themes, it's possible to turn your ideal store into a professional, efficient and visually appealing shop in no time. I use it myself and as an entrepreneur looking to scale a business, I can honestly say it's absolutely worth trying.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any real downsides to it at the moment.

“easy onboarding”
Pros
Working around it is very easy, the analytics are quick to pull up and review and it's been simple to get less technical teammates comfortable using it.
Cons

“accessible to use”
Pros
Having an online store up and running feels really easy. The platform is very accessible to use and the templates look polished while still giving you plenty of room to customize them. The app store is a big advantage too, with lots of integrations and tools that help expand and improve your business. On top of that, the payment options work smoothly and securely which makes the buying experience better for customers.
Cons
Costs can climb pretty fast especially once you begin adding apps or need more advanced features. Some of the apps that feel almost essential for scaling a business aren't free which can be tough for smaller companies to manage. A few customization options also need coding knowledge or else you have to bring in a developer.
