“clear dashboards”
Pros
The reporting tools can be customized without much trouble and exported to CSV which is really useful. The dashboards put all the key information in front of me at a glance and the payout section is laid out in a very clear organized way.
Cons
There are still a few small ongoing issues that never seem to get properly fixed.

“very good”
Pros
Very easy to figure out and using it doesn't take much effort. One of the best parts is that it can be integrated with almost anywhere which makes it really convenient.
Cons
The website speed could definitely be better and the customization options still feel somewhat limited.

“I'm satisfied”
Pros
Starting off with this service was very easy. Having that level of accessibility made it much less challenging to grow and reach a wider customer base.
Cons
The downside is that customization is genuinely pretty difficult.

“customizable and user friendly”
Pros
It was simple to use and also let me customize it the way I wanted.
Cons
One thing I didn't like about it was how confusing it was to cancel the auto-pay subscription when I wanted to unsubscribe.

“Great option”
Pros
It has been the best e commerce platform I've used. It comes with strong analytics and useful data tracking that help keep an eye on performance.
Cons
Downloading reports could be handled better. Once the files are exported sorting through all the data can get pretty messy.

“Has plenty to offer”
Pros
Moving around the site felt very easy and I was able to build a full ecommerce store in a single afternoon, complete with print-on-demand products featuring my own designs. There's a lot of flexibility across the platform too, from adjusting header colors to setting profit margins for each product, plus extra admin apps that can be customized to fit what you need.
Cons
That huge range of options can also feel like a lot when you're just starting out with online selling. Even with live chat support, help sections and menus all over the platform, it still takes a while to really learn where everything is and how it works. I'd definitely welcome simpler terminology in some parts of the site.

“quick store launch”
Pros
Setting up an eCommerce store was really easy even without any coding experience.
Cons
I haven't run into any major problems. A few things still rely on apps though and it would be nicer if those were built-in features instead.

“always evolving with new features”
Pros
New features keep getting released regularly so there's always something fresh being added.
Cons
One downside is the lack of detailed data logs. That becomes especially frustrating when something breaks and there's no way to tell whether an employee caused it.

“no need to be tech-savy”
Pros
Built with non-technical users in mind, it gives you a very accessible interface for creating and managing an online store without feeling overwhelming.
Cons
The pricing can add up and a lot of features rely on third party apps which often means paying extra monthly fees.

“accessible start for ecommerce”
Pros
Woking with it feels very easy and accessible. It's a really good fit for anyone who's just entering the e commerce space and wants something simple to work with.
Cons
Even though it is very user friendly and simple to manage, that same simplicity becomes a limitation pretty quickly when you want more personal customization. It's especially frustrating with SEO where the platform feels quite restrictive and doesn't give you much flexibility.

“adaptive tool”
Pros
Thanks to the user friendly design and accessible interface, it is so simple to set up a store! The web editor's drag and drop tools are convenient, the free templates are helpful and the App Store offers plenty of integrations and add-ons to expand what the store can do.
Cons
Compared with some other platforms, the customization and flexibility are a bit more limited. Moving a store away from it to another platform can also be challenging because it works as a closed system and the monthly subscription fees are another downside.

“Solid support”
Pros
Running my store on this platform has been very easy thanks to its user friendly setup, built-in payment gateway and 24/7 customer support. It also offers secure, dependable hosting and works well with multi-channel selling platforms which makes managing sales across different channels much easier.
Cons
One issue is that the platform adds extra transaction fees when you choose a payment provider other than their payments and those costs can build up pretty fast.
