“solid reports”
Pros
Adding new products is incredibly quick and I can list a new item for sale from my phone in less than two minutes. The built in inventory management saves me a huge amount of time and the reports included even with the basic plan give me everything I need and then some.
Cons
My only real complaint is the pricing setup. the platform takes a percentage of sales if Shop Pay isn't offered as a payment method. If it's enabled, there's no final value fee even when customers pay through PayPal or Sezzle but I'm not a fan of feeling pushed to offer it just to get the better rates.

“powerful storefront”
Pros
After using it since 2014, still feels like the most advanced drag and drop platform out there while remaining very user friendly for someone with basic skills. It offers more integration options than anything else I've tried when connecting with other apps and the customer service has consistently been quick and effective. Up to December 2021 I haven't come across another platform that performs as well as it.
Cons
Some new features can take a bit longer to figure out for someone like me who isn't exactly super young anymore. Still, I think that's partly just the challenge of keeping up with how fast technology changes as we get older. And of course, a lower price would always be welcome.

“flexible plugins”
Pros
There are plenty of third-party plugins available which makes it possible to build out your store the way you want and add the features you need.
Cons
Navigating the platform and updating page layouts can be really difficult. On top of that, many of the plugins come at an extra cost instead of being included.

“organized orders and shipping”
Pros
What I appreciate most about this software is how simple it is to use and how much it organizes the shipping and order management process.
Cons
Getting everything set up could be a bit more easy but aside from that, it's a really solid piece of software.

“best e-shop experience”
Pros
Without a doubt, this is probably the best ecommerce platform I've ever used. It's very user friendly and really simple to work with.
Cons
If there's one thing I'd change about this software, it would be the pricing. I'd honestly love it if it were free.

“practical and reliable platform”
Pros
What keeps standing out is how practical this platform is, without a doubt. It handles what I need in a very easy way and makes the whole process feel convenient and manageable.
Cons
Something that would make it even better is having more customization options, along with clearer guidance on how to use those features properly.

“Best out there!”
Pros
There are tons of apps available to improve my website and that has been one of the best parts. The platform is very user friendly too so putting a site together feels easy even if you have no prior experience building websites.
Cons
If you're working with a tight budget, getting access to the better apps for an online store can be challenging. A lot of the top options come at a fairly high price.

“no techincal knowledge needed”
Pros
Getting started this platform doesn't require any technical background which is one of the biggest reasons it stands out. At the same time, it still offers plenty of advanced functions so it doesn't feel limited as your store grows. Adding plugins, themes and templates is very easy and for a small business, you really don't need a full-time person to maintain the store. Another big advantage is how well it connects with different payment gateways. Whether your business is based in the US or somewhere else, setting up payments is flexible and helps transactions go through without issues. That has a positive impact on conversions and revenue overall. There's also a wide selection of both free and paid themes making it possible to build a storefront that feels unique, attractive and lightweight. Pricing is also quite reasonable. Even with other free CMS platforms, you still end up paying for hosting and CDN services and those are not always dependable. With the platform, that part is already handled so even during high traffic periods, you can run your store without worrying about performance.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any major drawbacks while using it. I've used it for both smaller stores and larger ecommerce websites and I never felt like any important features were missing during setup or management. That said there are still a couple of updates I'd suggest. The mobile version of storefronts could be made lighter so pages load faster for users on slower internet connections. It would also be helpful if the platform introduced a free plan with limited features since that could make the platform more accessible for many small businesses.

“wide selection of themes”
Pros
Right away it gives you a huge range of payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, credit cards and plenty more. The wide selection of themes across different niches is also really useful since it gives both sellers and buyers more variety and better options. On top of that it feels very secure as a platform. You can build your own online presence without constantly worrying about getting hacked or scammed.
Cons
Getting started on the platform can be a pretty serious task for beginners and may easily take a few hours which does affect how user friendly it feels at first. That said, the platform is not poorly designed and it definitely becomes more manageable after watching a few YouTube tutorials. The bigger downside is the pricing since the costs and fees are high enough that not everyone can afford them. A lower monthly subscription would honestly be a very thoughtful change.

“reliable for sales”
Pros
Plenty of customers already recognize it and the platform itself feels easy and effective to use. The pricing is fairly reasonable, it helps reach a broad customer base and it works really well as a solid companion to more traditional sales channels.
Cons
Customer support still has room for improvement and the fees could definitely be lower. It would also help if the brand had even wider visibility through more advertising like billboards, radio or TV campaigns.

Running my store on the platform has been a really positive experience. There are tons of ways to customize the website and shape the customer experience the way you want. Their support team has been great and the backend is fairly user friendly to learn and work with.
