“my choice!”
Pros
Running a business feels much more manageable this platform because it gives you visibility into pretty much every part of how things are being handled. If you want to stay informed and keep track of everything going on, I'd absolutely recommend it. It really covers just about anything you can think of.
Cons
Every now and then, it runs into a loading issue. It seems like it could be a minor bug but it never lasts very long.

“clean layout”
Pros
The layout in the platform is really well organized which makes it simple to work with and manage day to day.
Cons
The billing side though, feels a bit confusing and has been harder to fully understand.

“powerful features”
Pros
the platform comes with impactful features and plenty of options that can really benefit a business. It does a good job of making technology and expertise more accessible and the platform is very simple to use.
Cons
Part I like least is the pricing. Content management isn't really a strong fit this platform and you often end up paying extra for every small feature while also getting less flexibility for customization.

“user friendly”
Pros
Adding products is easy and the platform feels very user friendly overall. It supports most apps, includes refund and fraud detection features and offers unlimited themes and apps as well.
Cons
Working with code customization can be difficult and tracking checkouts is not very convenient. The pricing is also a bit confusing and adjusting the background while uploading themes can be hard to manage.

“designer friendly and complete”
Pros
Working with this software was very easy. It's a full-featured platform for launching a business and it's especially well suited for design-focused teams. Our whole team adjusted to using it very quickly.
Cons
The only downside was the length of the free trial. Considering how much time it takes to design an ecommerce store, the trial felt too short and we ended up making the first payment before we had enough time to test everything. In the end, we still decided to go this platform.

“scales from startup to enterprise”
Pros
Works really well because it fits businesses at very different stages. A company that's just getting started can use it at a reasonable price and brands doing hundreds of millions in revenue can upgrade to the plus version for what they need.
Cons
Issue is that the sites can run a bit slower but larger businesses do have options to improve that like going headless or making other performance-focused changes.

“Simple setup”
Pros
Starting off with the platform is very easy and it offers a wide variety of themes to choose from. I haven't run into any issues while using it.
Cons
The downside is that the checkout page isn't editable and it includes unnecessary fields such as the ZIP code field.

“syncs well with it”
Pros
Setting up online payments is pretty simple and it also syncs really well with third party options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Selling across different channels such as Amazon, Facebook and Pinterest is a big plus too. There's also a huge selection of add-on modules to improve the store with more than 1200 solid options available. Another feature I really appreciate is the automatic abandoned cart email that gets sent to customers to help complete their purchase and it's included with every plan.
Cons
A clear issue is that PHP can be a real barrier when it comes to customizing themes. Also not all third party apps are free and quite a few of them are fairly expensive.

“reliable storefront”
Pros
Running an online store this platform has been very easy. It's simple to use, you can purchase your domain right inside the platform and the inventory management works really well. The uptime has also been solid and their support team is always friendly and ready to assist. Honestly I wouldn't recommend trying to build an ecommerce site on WordPress instead.
Cons
Something that would make it even better is the occasional membership discount. The pricing does feel a bit on the higher side although that probably reflects the value the platform delivers.

“Impressive platform”
Pros
Has been an outstanding eCommerce platform. I've worked with it across a number of companies over the years and honestly I have no real complaints. The reporting and analytics are especially impressive.
Cons
The only minor issue is that the blog section can feel a little quirky at times. It usually needs some extra formatting work.

“powerful plugins”
Pros
Getting a store up and running is pretty easy even without a strong programming background. There are also plenty of plugins and third-party apps available which makes it easier to set up the store the way we need it to work.
Cons
A downside is that some templates and apps feel like a scam because they simply do not work and the platform support cannot really help since those tools were not built by them. I have seen similar issues with WordPress too. Still, the part that bothers me most is the limited payment options in Latin America especially in Central America since not every payment method is available in our country.

“complete solution”
Pros
Running my business on the platform has been a really positive experience because it truly feels like an all in one platform. It comes with the features and apps a small business owner needs to compete right alongside the bigger brands.
Cons
The monthly subscription is definitely expensive even if I still think it's worth paying for. I also wish more of the apps for growing a business like Privy, SMS tools and similar add-ons, were free. As sales increase and the customer list grows, the platform seems to benefit more and more from that growth too.

“provides a useful trial”
Pros
Starting out feels very easy and the platform is simple to use overall. It doesn't take long to learn how everything works which makes managing the store much easier. Another plus is the pricing and the trial period for all the platform features let me test everything properly before paying which gave me confidence in the platform.
Cons
It has been working well for me so far and the services provided feel in line with the price. The only downside is that customer support can sometimes be slow to respond.

“everything in one place”
Pros
Everything related to ecommerce is brought together in one place this platform. I can keep up with inventory, handle sales and even work on the website design without jumping between different tools. If you run an online business along with a physical store, the platform does an excellent job of tying it all together.
Cons
There's definitely some difficulty when it comes to figuring out all the shortcuts and features but once they click, they're really useful.

“custom themes”
Pros
The customizable themes were a big plus and I also really appreciated the email tools and the app store with so many strong options to expand and improve the store.
Cons
As with most feature-rich platforms, there's slight difficulty if you're not already familiar with this kind of tool. That said, there are plenty of free resources available to help you learn.

“handles everything”
Pros
When it comes to ecommerce, the platform really covers everything. It handles product management, sales, fulfillment, customer retention and even helps increase customer lifetime value, all within one platform. On top of that the app ecosystem lets you expand its functions to fit just about any business need or scenario.
Cons
Because so much functions can depend on third-party apps, the monthly cost can climb over time and adding too many apps may also slow down the website you're using to sell.

“supplier sync and flexible pricing”
Pros
One feature I appreciated most was how well merchandise from the supplier integrated into the store, along with how simple it was to update prices and other product details.
Cons
I didn't really feel that anything major was missing but the help pages could definitely be more user friendly and better updated. One downside I ran into was pausing the store and still being charged for it.

“friendly support”
Pros
When I started out, it took very little effort to get my store up and running with this option. The free trial helped me get a solid head start and the customer service team was always friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance.
Cons
