“valuable tool”
Pros
Was surprisingly quick to get a store online with it and the platform itself feels very reliable. As long as you spend a little time upfront organizing your products, collecting photos, writing descriptions and planning the store layout, the setup goes really well. We had everything live within just a few hours. Compared with how online stores used to be built in the early 2000s, when the process could drag on for weeks and often required QA teams to test everything, this is by far one of the fastest and simplest ways to launch an ecommerce site.
Cons
A setback is the monthly pricing which can feel expensive. If your business is already operating and bringing in customers, the cost is much easier to justify. But for someone just getting started and still trying to build a customer base, it may take a few months before the store is earning enough to cover the platform's monthly fees. Because of that, I usually would not suggest the platform to brand-new business owners until they have at least some revenue coming in.

“fast product listing setup”
Pros
Getting items listed is easily one of the biggest reasons this software appealed to me in the first place.

At this point, I haven't run into anything that hasn't worked well for me or my business.

“reliable delivery”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that the platform is trustworthy and my orders usually arrive earlier than I expect. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, it has made shopping much more convenient because I no longer have to stand in long lines to buy office appliances. With just a few clicks, everything is taken care of. It's also very user friendly, affordable and my orders consistently show up in perfect condition.
Cons
For now I'm really enjoying it and honestly haven't run into anything negative yet.

“Excellent platform”
Pros
Managing an online store with it has been an excellent experience because it brings together so many features in one place. Their customer support is responsive and the web interface feels very user friendly. the platform makes the whole process easy for beginners so setting up a storefront or launching a brand-new ecommerce site doesn't feel complicated. It also comes with plenty of ready-made templates to help you get started quickly and the platform has one of the strongest user communities in the industry which adds even more value.
Cons
After using it for a long time, I really haven't run into any major errors and pretty much everything I need is there with solid support behind it. The only limitations I've noticed are around editing product titles with automated rules and making deeper customizations to the pre-built themes which can be tough for beginners without coding knowledge. Because of that, their online editing tools could definitely use some refinement and improvement. Other than those points, I don't have any real complaints and genuinely enjoy it.

“My opinion”
Pros
Running this has worked really well for selling and marketing directly to customers and even for sourcing products. It also lets you create as many stores as you need depending on the niche. Adding products is very simple and the platform feels very stable while offering plenty of payment options.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that if your store is still new, sales tend to be low at the beginning while the monthly the platform fees still apply no matter how much you earn. Since the store is built from pre-made templates, full customization is somewhat limited. You also need to run ads or drive traffic yourself to bring visitors into the store.

“takes little effort”
Pros
Having an online store running this platform takes very little effort. You can launch an ecommerce site quickly without needing a course or much technical know how. Just choose a template you like, keep it as-is or customize it to match your brand and business. The pricing plans also work well for different stages whether you're just getting started or already serving a large customer base so it's possible to scale as your business grows. Since it is fully hosted, there's no need to worry about servers and the site speed is reliable which helps keep bounce rates lower. It also supports plenty of third-party apps that can add even more functions to your store. The inventory tools are useful too especially for tracking stock levels and managing products before items run low. Other than that it connects well with major payment options such as PayPal, credit cards and even Bitcoin and if you don't want to rely on outside tools for payments, their payments option is available too.
Cons
My only real issue this platform is that because they host the platform, they control all of your site files. It's not like WordPress, where you have complete ownership and access to everything. Costs can also climb pretty quickly once you start adding extra plugins and apps to expand your website's functions.

“powerful app marketplace”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is the app store which gives access to a wide range of marketing tools like social media integration, product reviews and email marketing. It also feels very secure and dependable and the 24/7 customer support is really solid.
Cons
The downside is that it is not really built for content management and seems more focused strictly on selling products. It would be much better if there were stronger options for adding pictures and videos to make product listings richer.

“shows strong potential”
Pros
So easy to get a store up and running and even someone with very little knowledge of the platform can build a shop in a short amount of time.
Cons
There are still a few areas where the platform could be better especially around product category customization and the ability to create marketing campaigns directly from the store. the platform Email is useful but it still has room for improvement. Filters within the store could be more polished as well and it would help to have a way to build different landing pages for promotions or special occasions like Black Friday, plus add sections inside other pages instead of limiting that flexibility mostly to the landing page.

“love the functions!”
Pros
our company probably wouldn't even be able to operate without the platform. It covers all of our business needs and we really love how much functions it gives us.
Cons
The only downside is that the cost of the platform+ is a pretty big leap compared to the standard the platform plan.

“smooth website integration”

A crucial part of our decision to choose this was getting it integrated into our existing website and the platform handled that really well.

“easy to work with”
Pros
Right from the start, it felt very easy to work with. It comes with plenty of built in features that let us customize the store and give it a polished, professional appearance. We're able to handle almost everything on our own without needing to bring in developers or designers. Another big advantage is not having to stress about server downtime or the site slowing down when traffic spikes. the platform pretty much handles growth for us without requiring extra effort on our side.
Cons
Part that still frustrates me is how limited the checkout page configuration can be. That matters a lot because I feel like having more room to adjust and optimize that step could make a noticeable difference in conversion rates.

“solid start”
Pros
It's a really good platform for getting started and learning how ecommerce works while building your business.
Cons
Something that needs improvement is the free trial length during the site-building stage. It felt too short and we ended up paying for the platform before we were actually ready to go live.

“powerful store tools for non developers”
Pros
To get an online store up and running can be intimidating when you're not a programmer or developer but the platform makes that much less stressful. We're able to handle about 90% of the work internally without needing outside technical help and that ease of use has been a huge advantage for us.
Cons
A seback is the massive number of apps available. With so many options, it feels like some of them haven't been reviewed as carefully as they should be to really meet the platform's standards.

Pros
So simple to get my store up and running and I was able to get extra help whenever I needed it along the way.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is the length of the free trial. It should be a bit longer so there's more time to get settled before having to start paying the monthly subscription.

“fitting automation for online stores”
Pros
After using it for the past year, I've worked with it extensively to build different online stores for my customers. The automation features are strong and the integrations with add ons make things much more convenient. Setting everything up is easy and the whole process moves along quickly without much trouble or roadblocks. Also the support team has been doing an excellent job.
Cons
One downside is that many the platform themes are quite expensive compared with other companies. On top of that, the platform offers various apps that are useful for running a store at full capacity but many of them are also very costly especially for things like inventory management.
