“affordable ecommerce”
Pros
Compared with other ecommerce platforms, this one has been a far more cost-effective option for running an online store. Moving inventory over from other sites is also very easy which saves a lot of time during setup.
Cons
There are times when it feels a bit buggy and bringing customers into the shop can still be challenging.

“simple storefront”
Pros
Running my store on this platform has been a pleasure because the setup feels easy, the integration options seem endless and the ecommerce framework removes a lot of the usual stress from inventory and day-to-day management.
Cons
One part I really dislike is how some scams still appear to slip through the payment processing system and it's frustrating to get hit with a fee for fraudulent charges.

“highly customizable”
Pros
There are tons of features to work with, it's very simple to personalize the store and there's a wide selection of plugins available.
Cons
The downside is the cost since it's quite expensive and the transaction fee charged on every sale is also very high.

Pros
Seeing live customer activity on my website was really useful and getting the site customized and ready to launch felt simpler than it does with most hosting platforms.

The blogging feature is a total mess and there's no support available for it either.

“free trial is the only plus”
Pros
The free trial was the only real benefit, honestly. That's the truth.
Cons
Pricing was a big issue and bandwidth limitations didn't help either. Customer service was also disappointing and yes, the price is worth mentioning again.

“very capable platform”
Pros
Building an ecommerce store this platform feels very easy yet the platform is still incredibly capable. You can put together a solid online shop in just a couple of days and begin selling your products right away. It also comes with plenty of add-ons that can help you expand and grow your store over time.
Cons
Overall, it's an excellent tool. The only downside is that the cost can climb sakmaod a bit if you start adding extra apps and it gets more expensive as your product catalog grows and you need the top-tier version.

“helpful learning resources”
Pros
It includes learning materials and resources as part of the package. When you're just getting started with ecommerce, the sheer amount of information online can feel overwhelming so having a dedicated resource center created by the platform itself is incredibly valuable. That's easily the feature I appreciate most.
Cons
The pricing is pretty steep for a startup or a small business working with a very limited budget. I'd really like to see more affordable plans for smaller businesses at the beginning and then move them to higher-tier packages later once they're bringing in stronger revenue if needed.

“great payments and pricing”
Pros
From a value standpoint, the platform is hard to beat for what it offers. It's easily one of the strongest platforms out there and there's a reason it shows up all over social media. They make the checkout process incredibly simple for customers which is obviously a big plus for any business. There are plenty of payment options too including accelerated methods like Apple Pay, standard portal payments such as Visa and MasterCard and support for more than 100 credit cards worldwide. On top of that, it includes inventory management and a lot of other useful tools, all for a reasonable monthly price.
Cons
Something to watch out for is the use of templates. If you go that route, it's worth putting in the effort to customize your store because otherwise it can end up looking very similar to a lot of other shops. Having something that sets your store apart really matters.

“Highly recommended!”
Pros
Running my store this platform has been really easy. It's very user friendly and makes managing the shop feel much more manageable. I'd definitely recommend it to a lot of people especially anyone dealing with a high volume of orders.
Cons
One inconvenience has been needing a third-party service to purchase shipping labels because of the printer I'm using. I'm planning to switch printers soon though so that issue should improve.\

“beginner friendly store launch”
Pros
Starting out feels very plug and play at least to a point. If you're completely new, it's a solid option for putting up a decent theme and beginning to sell products without much trouble. The company also feels very customer focused and I really appreciate how it takes user feedback seriously and uses it to keep improving the platform.
Cons
An annoyance is how product variants show up in Facebook Marketplace. If a single item comes in three colors, it ends up being listed as three separate products on the social platform. Some third-party plugin and theme integrations can also be a little wonky at times though that's somewhat understandable.

Getting the website up and running was very easy and it didn't take much to create a design that looked polished and appealing.

Drawback is that relying on extra apps can add up quickly and make the overall cost much higher.

“genuinely useful”
Pros
Navigating the platform feels very easy and the built in features are genuinely useful. Handling orders is simple and it automatically sends email notifications to customers as soon as an order is placed which helps a lot.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost. There really should be some kind of threshold before the platform starts charging store owners so people have a chance to earn revenue first. Charging recurring fees even when a store has not made any money yet creates a lot of pressure and it can push owners into running Facebook ads just to keep up with the monthly costs.

“Secure payments”
Pros
Launching an online store this platform felt surprisingly simple and convenient and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly I could get a full ecommerce website up and running. Another big plus is the large user community which makes it much easier to solve problems whenever something comes up. The platform also offers reliable payment options that help make sure customer payments are transferred securely to the business so the company can stay focused on its main objective of selling products.
Cons
Resizing product images takes more time than it should and can be frustrating to deal with. It would be much better if there were a built in feature that automatically adjusted all photos to a uniform size when listing products. I'd also like to see an option that lets guests complete a purchase without having to use the platform.

“user friendly dashboard”
Pros
Running a the platform store feels very approachable because the dashboard is so user friendly. You can manage everything without needing much prior knowledge which is a big plus. It also offers plenty of language options. Another thing I really appreciate is the selection of free themes. A lot of them look professional and customizing them is pretty easy.
Cons
there's not much I dislike it. If I had to mention one thing, it would probably be the newer dashboard design. I preferred the older blue version a bit more.

“all in one launch for my store”
Pros
Felt much more manageable to get my online business off the ground with this software. I could build my website, purchase a domain, import products and keep track of shipments all in one place. It really works well as an all in one platform.
Cons
I do wish the website offered more step-by-step video tutorials for setting up a business. There are videos available but they don't really feel customized to someone who is completely new to the process.
