“efficient store setup tools”
Pros
Even without any coding background you can set up a store easily. It also comes with a really useful built in option for selling through major platforms like Amazon and eBay and the marketing tools are simple to set up.
Cons
Entry level plan is fairly affordable but once you start adding more features, the monthly cost can climb pretty quickly and feel a bit out of control.

“Great selling platform!”
Pros
Running my store on this platform has been a really positive experience. It gives me a much better way to sell products, the system is well put together and everything feels simpler to use.
Cons
Biggest downside is the pricing. It can feel too expensive especially for beginners so it may not be the right fit for everyone.

“perfect fit for online retail”
Pros
Managing my vintage and art shop online has been a really positive experience! When I needed to move my local business online during covid, it was the platform my friends recommended most and I can see why. It's very user friendly especially for someone like me who had no web design background at all. Now I'm able to build and manage my own store with confidence. Whenever I want to learn about new tools, they also offer excellent educational resources that help me keep improving.
Cons
I haven't come across any issues or obstacles with it.

“excellent support!”
Pros
They're constantly improving the platform and adding updates that help businesses serve their own customers better. The integrations along with the ability to connect with multiple marketing platforms at the same time, are incredibly important. Also their customer support is excellent!
Cons
At times setting up or reorganizing your site does require a bit more programming knowledge than expected.

“Good analytics”
Pros
You can get a store live in just a few hours which is one of the things I appreciate most about it. The platform can stay organized and simple if that's all you need but it also has the depth to become much more effective and sophisticated when you want to take full advantage of everything it offers. To really get the best out of it, it's worth spending time exploring its wide range of features and tools. One of the strongest parts of the platform is the analytics. Right when you log in, the dashboard gives you a clear snapshot of what's happening in your store. You can quickly check recent orders, follow sales patterns and even spot where order fulfillment is falling behind. Other than that it shows abandoned cart conversion metrics compared with other stores, sales performance versus prior weeks and even which visitors are currently active on your site in real time.
Cons
There are plenty of areas where it performs really well but product organization can still be a challenge. The setup for product tags and collections is not especially accessible so it can be confusing for someone who is new to the platform. Another frustration is shipping label printing which becomes harder to manage if you are not using one of its supported partners like USPS, UPS or DHL.

“has low upkeep”
Pros
Building a website with this platform is very beginner friendly since it doesn't require any programming knowledge. Even if you're new to it, there are plenty of online video guides that make setup manageable. It offers chat support whenever questions come up which is really helpful. It's also SEO friendly as long as you use relevant keywords, includes SSL certificates and comes with full e-commerce functions. There are also many useful apps available to extend and improve the store's features. Compared with WordPress, Magento and OpenCart, it can be much more cost effective because maintenance is simpler and you avoid many of the hidden expenses and high developer charges those platforms often involve.
Cons
One limitation is that when creating new pages or categories, the URL structure includes the word "pages" which makes links a bit longer, for example https://www.abc.com/pages/about-us. Also if you're migrating a website from WordPress to this platform, there can be URL related issues so you may need to manually set up all the redirects. Besides that it comes with a monthly subscription starting at $29 USD.

“clean interface for beginners”
Pros
It is very easy to use which makes it simple to read through and work with. It doesn't waste time for someone who's just starting out and trying to build or develop their own website.
Cons
The part I'm not a fan of is the paid website templates. I feel like it would be better if the platform were more open source and allowed deeper integration with sites like WordPress and WooCommerce so more people could use it. That said I can still see the value in the all in one package they offer for small to medium-sized businesses especially since it's more affordable than some other alternatives.

“my review”
Pros
Takes just one click to get a store live on this platform which makes the initial setup really easy. Adding products and managing inventory is incredibly simple and it's also possible to create user accounts so employees can update things like stock levels and pricing. The discount tools are especially flexible too with options for single use codes, email campaigns and plenty of other promotional setups.
Cons
It offers a lot of extensibility but that can also make it a bit confusing for people who are new to websites. I'm very comfortable working in website backends so I didn't run into issues myself but based on feedback from employees some parts of it aren't always that accessible.

“top pick for online stores”
Pros
Setting up an online store with it is incredibly easy. There may be other platforms that make store creation just as simple but this really stands out to me because of its huge ecosystem of third party apps and all the added functions that comes with it.
Cons
there's very little to complain about if you run a small to mid-sized online store. If you're operating at a larger scale though, you'll probably want to consider a different platform.

“quick ecommerce launch”
Pros
Building an online store with this platform is really easy and setting everything up doesn't take much effort. Compared with WordPress, it feels much simpler to work with. If you want to launch an ecommerce shop quickly, I'd definitely recommend this solution!
Cons
Something that feels a bit odd is that the platform takes a fee from every sale your store makes. That means it can become pretty expensive once your sales start increasing.

“trusted storefront for sellers”
Pros
Genuinely helps business owners keep track of inventory and drive sales. It also gives online stores a stronger sense of credibility which makes the shop feel more trustworthy.
Cons
When it comes to design the platform falls short on real creative freedom although that can still work well for people who are not too focused on customizing everything. The theme selection can feel limiting because it pushes you toward choosing a preset layout instead of building your own from scratch.

“I highly recommend it!”
Pros
If you're planning to start selling online especially if you already have a physical store and want to move into e-commerce, this is a great choice! I wholeheartedly recommend it! What really made a difference for me was discovering this right at the beginning of my online business journey when I barely understood how any of it worked. I signed up through a free plan to build my store and then got an amazing surprise when the trial period was extended from 14 days to 3 months. That was incredible! I'm genuinely grateful to the team behind it. The pricing and features are accessible for just about anyone and even if you're starting from zero, the support team and built in help guides make it possible to get fully up and running quickly and successfully. One last thing worth mentioning is the plugins and extensions available for the platform which made it much faster to automate product publishing on the platform. That added a lot of value.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about this software. The support has always been quick to respond and the integration tools have consistently worked very well.

“accessible design”
Pros
So easy to start working with even without much technical expertise and the UI/UX feels very user friendly. I was able to find my way around comfortably the very first time I used it.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the level of control given to the admin user since some store owners were aware that admins can make changes like adding users and similar updates.

“Standout APIs”
Pros
No matter how much traffic or workload comes through, the platform stays available and dependable. Its API access is one of the biggest strengths and the partners ecosystem really feels like one of its crown jewels.
Cons
The plus version can be quite expensive so the basic plans make more sense as the starting point for selling online. It can also be challenging to find partners across different countries.

“Broad integrations”
Pros
A solid platform for pretty much anyone who wants to launch an online store without needing much to get started. Setup is easy and it connects well with existing applications and tools.
Cons
A limitation is the lack of storefront customization when using the buy button. It's also frustrating that third party apps aren't allowed to work with the Buy Button feature.

“fast online store launch”
Pros
Was pretty easy to get a store live using this platform. I run a social media affiliate store and had tested a few other platforms to make ads simpler and create a better buying experience for customers. The setup felt very user friendly and I had the store up and running within minutes. Posting products to social media was simple and customers could click through to the platform to buy the item or look through other products. Even with only basic computer skills, I was able to figure everything out on my own without any trouble. It's much simpler than building, managing and editing a full website.
Cons
The monthly price is a bit on the expensive side at around $29 but it does include a lot. You're paying for the online store, customer support, payment processing for customers social media cross-posting and more. In the end, the cost feels justified because it makes starting and running an online business much more manageable.

“top-notch scalability”
Pros
One of its biggest strengths is how well it scales as the business grows. The technical support has also been excellent whenever needed. Order management is another area where it performs really well and the checkout/payment experience is convenient for customers too.
Cons
If I had to point out anything at all, the initial setup and integrations take a little effort but honestly that's something you'd run into with pretty much any platform.
