“Fitting for learning apps”
Pros
Feels incredibly user friendly and honestly, it's on another level! I keep using it to explore different apps, understand how they work and see how timing can be slowed down or sped up depending on what I need.
Cons
Shipping zones can be improved. It would help a lot if the platform could automate that with an AI based tool especially when setting up zone by zone shipping for 1000+ products since that takes a lot of time.

“Love the customization”
Pros
Getting my business website up and running with it was incredibly simple. They provide a wide range of templates along with plenty of customization options which made it easy to create the look I wanted.
Cons
The only issue for me was that some of the website templates with more advanced customization options are priced at $180.

“fast, reliable storefront platform”
Pros
Has been very user friendly and one thing I really appreciate is that updates do not tend to break the site the way they often can with other hosting platforms. Making changes is simple, page load times are fast and the reporting tools are also easy to use.
Cons
Pricing is a bit higher than competitors such as WordPress and similar platforms. That said the extra cost is usually made back through better site performance and not having to constantly manage or fix updates.

“tons of options”
Pros
Very easy to run an online store with it! There's a wide selection of themes so it's simple to land on a design that matches the look you want. On top of that, the app marketplace offers plenty of options which makes the platform highly customizable for different business needs.
Cons
Installing and configuring apps can be hit or miss. Some go in quickly without any trouble while others take a lot more effort to get working properly. Since many of them come from third party developers, it's worth checking reviews and looking into the quality of their customer support. That matters even more with paid apps because if setup issues come up, you want responsive and dependable help.

“professional themes”
Pros
Selling more while managing products without getting stuck in complicated technical work or tedious admin tasks is a big advantage with it. Another strong point is the wide selection of well designed themes both free and paid, that give a store a polished and professional look without much effort, leaving more time to focus on things that matter like marketing and growing sales. There is also a broad choice of plugins available in the internal marketplace.
Cons
If full customization is the goal you need to buy the package that includes its Liquid code. Overall it feels a bit expensive because there is a monthly subscription cost. On top of that it charges a transaction fee when you sell online unless you use their Ppayments. Some competing platforms also allow more customization although that usually requires a bigger investment in web development.

“powerful multichannel selling”
Pros
One of its strongest points is how well it connects products to other platforms like Facebook, Instagram, CRMs and more which makes selling across channels much more convenient.
Cons
Can be difficult to use to its full potential. To really understand how to use the platform properly, you usually need some training or have to hire someone with experience.

“basic product tools, dated feel”
Pros
Handling the daily product basics is pretty easy whether it's updating products, changing prices, adjusting inventory, checking product details or reviewing orders. In that sense it works well for users who aren't very tech-savvy because the core tasks are simple to manage.
Cons
At the same time the UI and UX really need a refresh. The platform feels dated almost like a legacy system and it doesn't come across as very accessible. Some integrations including payment gateways, recurring subscriptions and even branding the homepage, still need professional technical support to set up properly. I understand it has a developer ecosystem for those kinds of tasks but it still adds friction. On top of that the templates feel fairly generic which makes the Google Ads message about 'beautiful themes that are responsive and customizable' feel a bit disconnected from what's actually available on the platform. The photo editor is another letdown since it barely works the way I expect and I can't crop uploaded images the way I want. Compared with photo editing tools in CMS platforms like WordPress, it's quite disappointing.

“fast setup”
Pros
Takes only minutes to have a store set up and working even without any development background. In many countries it also offers card payment options which is a huge advantage for small unregistered businesses that need to receive payments directly into their accounts. The integrations with other platforms, content management and site loading speed are all excellent. It really feels like a complete solution for small and medium-sized businesses!
Cons
There are a few limitations on the development side with this platform but they are minor enough to overlook.

“using it daily!”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very easy. It lets you keep tabs on order details, stock and inventory levels and all your sales data without much effort.
Cons
Pricing can feel high although it still delivers good value for the cost. Theme customization is difficult and it doesn't include email hosting. You're also limited to using specific payment options.

“top-tier support”
Pros
It is easy to use and its customer support has been the best I've dealt with across any online product I've used.

Cost can climb once you start adding apps but even then, it gives me the best value overall and remains the right fit for the sites I manage.

“my thoughts”
Pros
Launching my store with it has been really convenient. It lets me build a website, set up my shop and add new products while also giving me access to a variety of apps and integrations that help everything run better.
Cons
Part I'm not happy with is the monthly subscription cost to keep the store running especially during times when I'm not making any sales.

“Reliable customer service”
Pros
After using this platform for quite some time, I still really appreciate how well designed both the mobile app and desktop version are. The interface is very user friendly, simple to figure out and it gives sellers the ability to showcase a wide range of products to customers around the world. One feature I especially value is the 24/7 customer service. I've contacted support several times and they've been incredibly helpful no matter the time. The variety of payment options is another big plus especially when purchasing higher-priced items. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a diverse online marketplace.
Cons
Because this is an e-commerce platform, I've noticed quite a few glitches and malfunctions during the purchasing process. There are also times when an item shows as available and lets you complete the purchase, only for you to later find out it's out of stock and then have to deal with the refund process to get your money back. These functional issues could definitely be improved with better optimization and new strategies to help the platform continue growing.

“handle everything in one place”
Pros
Starting my business journey with it felt exciting and one thing became clear right away: it takes some real training to understand the platform fully. That said it packs in a lot of functions and feels built for the online world, letting you stay inside its ecosystem and handle almost everything you need in one place. After watching a handful of YouTube tutorials, it started to click and that process really only took a few hours. Once I understood the basics, the platform became very user friendly and the simplicity of using it was honestly impressive. I was also amazed by how well it connects with social media and with other apps that can make running a store much more effective and potentially very profitable.
Cons
If I had to point to one downside, it would be the cost. It does an excellent job of making online business ownership feel exciting and full of potential but that only goes so far if you can afford the monthly fee required to keep your store running. Those first few months can be especially tough when your business is still trying to find its footing. Everyone wants to believe they can launch a successful business with no upfront investment but that usually is not realistic. And it was not just the subscription itself that added pressure. I also ended up paying for extra apps that were supposed to help my business grow and all those smaller charges piled up fast. Before long, it started to feel overwhelming and expensive, to the point where I questioned whether it was worth it. Still, if you can push through that stage and you have the right product, it really can help take your business to the next level.

“sets the benchmark!”
Pros
It really sets the benchmark for launching an ecommerce brand and growing it over time. I've been really pleased with the platform and it keeps improving as more third party tools and companies integrate with it smoothly.
Cons
The coding framework is still frustrating to work with. It's not very accessible when you need to figure out it or make edits and some parts of the site stay off-limits unless you upgrade to a more expensive plan.

“love the support and resources”
Pros
I'd give it more than 5 stars if that were possible. The platform is incredibly simple to use, offers helpful guidance along the way and has a massive library of educational resources for business owners. On top of that, there's chat and email support available when technical issues come up which makes a big difference. I genuinely enjoy working with this platform and at this point wouldn't want to use anything else.
Cons
A downside is that the free themes don't offer a lot of flexibility. For example features like a video header are only available if you upgrade to a paid theme.

“strong platform”
Pros
After using it for nearly a year for our store's website, I'm genuinely very happy with it. I honestly can't think of another company where the tech support has been this helpful, friendly and accessible whenever we needed them. It has also built a massive library of educational resources to help users understand the platform and all the different options available. That alone has been incredibly useful and on top of it, their support team is available through chat to help work through problems directly. I've been extremely satisfied with our decision to choose this.
Cons
Something that really bothers me is that the platform doesn't let discounts stack on a site. That's something I would absolutely like to offer my customers but it just isn't supported. Another frustrating limitation is on the product pages where only a restricted number of variations can be added to a single item like size, color, design and similar options. That has definitely been an issue for us.

“beginner friendly store launch”
Pros
Felt very easy to get started with even as someone with little to no web development experience. You really don't need any technical skills to put together a store that looks polished and impresses visitors. Picking a theme that matches your niche is simple and from there the setup flows nicely. There are also tons of app add ons available that can give your store extra features and make it stand out even more. The free trial was probably my favorite part because you can build out your site without restrictions which means by the time the trial ends, you may already be fully prepared to launch on the $30 per month plan just like I was.
Cons
Many of the app add ons come with extra charges. Once you start noticing more apps that you want or actually need, the total cost can climb fast and before long you may need something close to a $100 per month budget. If you move to one of its higher tier plans that number can get closer to $200 per month. There really should be more genuinely free apps instead of so many that are only free for a trial period because not everyone can keep stacking monthly payments especially during a pandemic. It also would have been a thoughtful move to lower the monthly subscription price during that time.

Pros
Setting it up and running it is easy. For a new startup, it was the option that made the most sense for us to put in place.

“so simple to use”
Pros
You can literally get an online store up and functioning over a single weekend because the platform is that simple to use! Compared with competitors like Magento and WordPress, it takes fewer clicks to get things done and neither of them really matches this one when it comes to usability. It also lets us extend the shop beyond the website itself by adding a store section to a Facebook page. On Instagram, products can be tagged directly and Pinterest is another available channel as long as you have a business account there.
Cons
That said, putting together a fully custom setup for specific business needs can still take days or even weeks. There is no built in loyalty program either so adding one means relying on a separate app. Embedding products directly into blog posts is not possible and the blog layout options are less flexible than I would prefer.

Pros
