It is a scam

Pros

The sales team knows how to play it smart with customers by pushing them into buying extra services that don't really offer much value. So take my advice and be cautious.

Cons

They make you pay for trading partners even if you are not doing any actual business with them through SPS which just does not make sense to me.

Fairly easy to use

Pros

It is easy to use and I am in it every day. Overall it is a pretty versatile tool that can handle a lot.

Cons

Customer service can take a bit of time to get back to us but they usually do respond eventually so nothing too serious.
