“sleek templates and quick onboarding”
Pros
Squarespace is user friendly, the learning curve is minor and there are plenty of layout and customization options to work with. The templates also look sleek and professional and the onboarding process was quick.
Cons
At the start of using it I did need customer support and finding where to go for help wasn't very easy. That said this happened back in 2017 so the support process may very well have improved since then and I'd like to think it has.

“simple navigation and quick start”
Pros
The tool is simple and easy to use. I could get started right away without needing tutorials or help and the whole experience felt very smooth.
Cons
The only thing I wish it did better is provide more explanation about the different plans they offer.
