This software has made billing and payroll processes smooth and easy. Using it has saved me a lot of time. Implementation and learning were easy and customer service is excellent. The trainer was patient and thorough which made everything easy to understand.

The clock in and out system on this tool could be more aligned. I've noticed it takes some of our older employees longer to get used to it.

Even for those who aren't very tech savvy, this tool has been simple to use. We began using it in December 2017 and I've been impressed with the improvements made over time, from scheduling to billing. They listen to suggestions and provide excellent service.

Sometimes I notice that the support pages for office staff do not keep up with the changes which frustrates me.

Very easy to use. I use it to schedule nurses in the field. They can check their assignments themselves so I don't need to call or email. The program is easy and simple.
