I noticed that sometimes the GPS doesn't line up correctly for clients in remote areas and mistakes on buttons can be unforgiving but I appreciate that customer service is always ready to help.

The clock in and out system on this tool could be more aligned. I've noticed it takes some of our older employees longer to get used to it.
