Few suggestions... I noticed that it is far too easy to swipe and accidentally move a shift and the help section is not very simple, so I rely on trial and error.

The tool is very user friendly. The built-in tutorials helped me navigate the screens and even though I only used it for a short time due to COVID, I can see its full potential. Customer support is just a call away which makes me feel confident in using the software.

More tutorials would help me with Admin options, such as uploading to QuickBooks and printing reports, especially payroll.

Okay so... I've seen that as this tool learns more about the healthcare industry, it provides updates but sometimes they are not permanent fixes.

This product is very easy to use and keeps all important information in one place, the cloud. I really value how it organizes schedules, client and employee information, care plans and provides easy to print reports which has helped our company go paperless.

Although great tool but I would love a "Notes" input for Care Tasks so I can add pertinent client specific information.

For me, the clock-in and clock-out feature is efficient and much better than our previous systems. I can track caregivers' time and client success more accurately than before.

We have only noticed minor issues, such as Canadian payroll reporting not matching perfectly but this tool assisted and resolved them.

Managing payroll is much easier now because the timekeeping module is reliable. I find the payroll reports accurate and they match client billable hours which helps me handle more clients and employees efficiently.

The mobile app could be improved for me as the desktop version is hard to use on a phone. An easy to access calendar would be helpful.
