Cons

Pros
Its super functional for daily use in a medical spa environment. The pricing is very affordable. The lead management system is fantastic mainly since it allows access from anywhere.
Cons
It is incredibly frustrating that support does not log into our environment for immediate solutions. Additionally the lack of immediate phone support from IT when dealing with issues is disappointing. Waiting for two days after submitting a ticket is too long. Custom form development is also excessively expensive.

I like the easiness that I can access it from any location since its cloud based. It also allows us to easily manage our clients accounts.
Cons
I wish there were more reporting capabilities and it would be great to have a built in loyalty program. Optimizing the software for mobile use would also be beneficial.

Pros
The "thin client" internet based access is exactly what we needed. The electronic medical records and online client forms are terrific, saving us time and space. They are very user friendly for clients. I also like the range of information I can extract from exported reports, even though I may need to manipulate the data for accuracy. Overall, the reports have been immensely useful for our financials, providing detailed information.
Cons
The reports have limitations and could be more comprehensive and accurate. Managing client profiling and merging client files is not as simple as it should be. It would be helpful to add client type during appointment creation. When checking out, we cannot add the same line item for the same service with different pricing. The absence of automated appointment confirmation via text messaging is also a drawback.

The software is user friendly, accurate and has a professional appearance. Creating and accessing reports is a simple process. Plus the software can be accessed from anywhere.
Cons
I wish there were admin reports for no shows and also filtering out service discounts from the reports.

Pros
The ability to access the software from anywhere is fantastic. The reports and inventory management are great. My account manager, Eric Haugland has been incredibly helpful. always responding promptly. The marketing options are also a valuable addition. Overall, the software is excellent.
Cons
The software is not mobile friendly which is one of my primary concerns. I encounter issues when using it on my MacBook Pro, iPad Pro and iMac with different browsers. Its not intuitive and finding certain features can be challenging, often requiring navigation through multiple areas. Printing documents sometimes results in missing information. The software lacks backbar inventory and electronic prescribing. The marketing tools are confusing to use, and generating specific reports for specific dates is a bit annoying.

The software offers a tons of features and functionality. The API Marketing feature is truly wonderful. Its definitely a cost effective program!
Cons
The training could have been more in detail. Clinical photography for before and after photos is lacking which should be a standard feature.
