Pros
There's a plethora of functionality integrated into one system. That's essentially all I can say that is positive about this software.
Cons
We are experiencing ongoing technical issues and the features are not easy and simple to use. Our patients complain daily about the online scheduling system. For instance the updated scheduling system was long overdue, and we were expecting a user friendly patient experience. However, when a day is fully booked, patients can still click on that day on the calendar. It would be better if it could be automatically blocked out. Once they click on a booked day, no available times are shown, and there is no message indicating that there are no appointments available for that day. As a result, patients get confused and have to scroll through multiple days to find an available time slot if we are fully booked for a while. It would be great to have a "next available appointment" button. We receive complaints about this issue every day, and I wonder how many clients we have lost due to this outdated system. This is just one example of many that demonstrate how outdated the software is. On one occasion, all our services in the service list disappeared, except one, and we were wrongly blamed for it. Another drawback is the lack of a mobile app for doctors to manage the appointment schedule easily. I could go on and on. Overall, we signed up with AestheticsPro to streamline our daily work, but it has actually made things more difficult, and now we are considering looking for an alternative solution.

Cons
I have a strong dislike for their customer service. Every time I have a question about account setup the account manager bombards me with excessive information and expects a small business owner like me to read through a massive amount of material. To make matters worse, their customer service phone number only allows voicemail messages, so any questions or issues I have are delayed in getting resolved. Other software companies have their FAQs readily available on their portals with helpful screenshots that can be easily found on Google. Additionally, our previous company had an amazing customer service line with highly trained staff. Switching in this regard has been a major disappointment. We are now paying more for extra features, but if I had known what I know now, I'm not sure I would have made the same choice. All I can do now is share my reviews everywhere to make other small business owners aware. The setup process has been a nightmare, but that was somewhat expected when customizing our own platform. My recommendation to this company is to hire and train more staff to such a high standard that clients wouldn't even consider switching to a different platform. We are even contemplating reverting to our old company instead of continuing with this transition.

Pros
The software tracks, manages, and markets to new leads including email blasts and touchpoints. The EMR is excellent and it effectively tracks inventory. The software also tracks the efficacy of our marketing efforts to determine ROI. Generating metric reports is a hassle free task. It keeps track of patient referrals and marketing effort effectiveness through rewards tracking. The dashboard easily tracks patient balances and services remaining in packages. I find it easy to create pop-up notes for informal communication regarding patients. Additionally, the option to fully integrate the website and practice management software is available. Furthermore, new features are frequently added to enhance the quality of patient care and marketing. Scheduling by staff member, room, and device helps avoid scheduling errors.
Cons
The patients allergies list/profile should be visible in the patients dashboard and should pop up while writing their medical notes. The same goes for emergency medical contact information. The training information is only available in video format, making it difficult to reference specific "how to" questions after watching the videos. Thankfully the support staff is highly responsive and addresses both basic and complex queries through an in application communication system. However the consent and discharge forms cannot be created or added, even though we can modify existing forms.

The software is very easy to use. I enjoy the simplicity of the setup. It makes accessing our monthly reports effortless, and setting new monthly goals is a breeze!
Cons
Its really annoying when I call for support and they leave a message asking me to call back and leave another ticket. Its frustrating to have to explain the same issue multiple times, mainly when its time sensitive.

The sales department seems to be the only helpful part of this company. They go above and beyond to win your business but later you are on your own. I recommend staying away!

The customer service is non existent, and the product is terrible. The softwares functionality was greatly exaggerated and its practically useless. Customer service is only available through online service tickets or limited 30 minute phone calls. The account managers are completely useless and redirect you to someone else. I am shocked at how awful this company and product turned out to be. I feel completely deceived misguided

The software takes some time to become comfortable with. but the support team has made my experience more enjoyable. Without the support team I would have been extremely frustrated and likely would have abandoned this software.
Cons

The booking system is easy to use. Managing and downloading payroll (stand time card) is a breeze. The daily/monthly sales report is clear and provides breakdowns of payment methods, which is a fantastic function.
Cons
It does not not have a mobile app and does not send text messages unless the carrier is known. Editing or changing invoices after creation is difficult and individual discounts cannot be applied if there are other services on the invoice during checkout.

I love the integration of our payment system with the online records and appointment scheduling. Its convenient to have a wide selection of documentation forms for online records.
Cons
The lack of standardized documentation options is what I hate the most. It would be more convenient to link our calendars and have a more mobile friendly interface. Customizing appointment scheduling to allow clients to book 48 hours in advance instead of the same day would be beneficial without relying solely on the request appointment feature which is not client centric.

It has Automated email marketing and pre loaded documents with the option for patients to complete forms on an iPad in office and I love the forms with generic faces that allow us to document injection placements. The online client portal and patient booking software, membership and loyalty rewards, cloud based functionality, multiple user logins, comprehensive tracking and text and email reminders are all fantastic features.
Cons
The only option for credit card integration is Vantiv and I have heard only negative things about them. It is disappointing that such a great software is paired up with such a bad credit card processing company, and there are no other options. I spent months exploring other software options because I didn't want to use Vantiv.
