“amazing and helpful trainers”
Pros
Our trainer was absolutely amazing at helping us learn the system. She clarified so many things we were having trouble with and gave quick, accurate answers to every single one of my questions. I will definitely ask for her again for any future training.
Cons
My main issue is that the support team can only tell me what to do rather than logging in to fix problems directly. I'd prefer if they could handle the technical fixes for me.

“Excellent customer service team”
Pros
The customer service team is excellent and really knows their stuff. My only suggestion would be to let us access our training modules directly, without being required to complete reviews first.
Cons
It feels like it was designed for IT experts who understand coding, not for the average user. It is overly complex and makes it difficult to find the tools we need.

Pros
The initial setup and documentation were amazing. Plus having a wide variety of templates to pick from right away made starting my business much simpler.
Cons
A few things, such as the scheduling notifications are unreliable, as sometimes they come through, other times they do not.

Pros
We have been with the company since the very beginning and even helped develop the first charting and consultation tools. They have made huge improvements to the platform, especially by giving us the ability to build our own custom charting and patient records.
Cons
The price is a concern and we have experienced marketing errors that cost us money. Plus it took numerous calls to address the problem though we decided to stick with the platform.

Pros
After using Aesthetics Pro, I can confidently state that their customer support is top-tier. They are fast, expert and genuinely committed to helping. The Book Now portal is also flawless as it is simple, sleek and looks professional. I have tried cheaper EMR systems but this proves you get what you pay for. Also the software is highly user friendly, dependable and intelligently designed. Frankly I am surprised it is not more expensive for everything it offers. The support alone makes it worth the cost, representing tremendous value for the price.
Cons
There is really nothing I dislike about the software. It is user-friendly with a clean, streamlined design and managing forms is incredibly easy too.

The webinar today offered the best tips on the platforms features and how to use them effectively. The texting function is my favorite and my clients like it too since they cannot always answer calls. So it is great that we can offer that flexibility.
Cons
Well I'd love it if the membership feature could automatically apply the discounts we set for each tier to client accounts, rather than us having to manually add them every time.

Pros
Charting is very easy with it and I like the new, improved patient scheduling link. I am also looking forward to testing out the marketing tools.
Cons
It would be helpful to have a setting that prevents patients from booking appointments with less than an hours notice. For instance, someone should not be able to book a 10:00 AM appointment at 9:30 AM.

Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is very simple and I like that the support team usually gets back to me with answers very quickly.
Cons
I wish there was an option for a simple checkbox or token signature instead of requiring a full signature on every document. I would also like the ability to scan and upload documents to use as custom forms within the platform.

The session was very informative and well-paced, it was efficient and covered most of our questions within the allotted time.
Cons
The 30 minute training sessions are not long enough to properly learn everything. I feel unprepared to start using the system on my own and I feel like it would also help to separate training into sessions for administrators and regular users.

I really value the platform's simplicity and its high-level security. Our clients have mentioned they like the two step verification. Plus processing payments is simple for our patients and we love the option to set up split payments and custom payment plans.
Cons
From a provider's perspective, I dont find the charting and patient management tools very helpful. Additionally the marketing campaigns have not been productive and the images often appear very grainy.

Pros
The interface is well-designed, making it easy to train staff on basic tasks like scheduling. Managing inventory is also simple. I noticed that many other systems do not combine charting and patient forms in such a simple way as Aesthetics Pro does.
Cons
Setting up more advanced features like service packages and tracking product inventory used during appointments is not very simple and requires assistance. As per me the gift card system also needs significant improvement and generating accurate revenue reports demands expert-level setup to get real numbers.

The new Text and Book Now features are simply outstanding, they will save me more than $200 every month by letting me cancel my current texting service and they also improve my daily workflow.
Cons
