Pros
Getting around the platform is incredibly simple and everything is laid out in a very organized way. Anytime I have a question, the support team replies quickly and is always really helpful.
Cons
Keeping up with referral credits during a referral promotion can be difficult. I wish the credit would automatically appear at checkout instead of relying on the client to mention it. I'd also love the option to apply discounts after an invoice has already been generated.

Right away the flexibility of this platform and how quickly the support team helps really stood out. It adapts well to different kinds of businesses and makes it easier to handle more complex tasks and processes.
Cons
Number of clicks needed to reach certain sections could be cut down. Also when entering prices for products and services, it would be much better to have a tax tab available there instead of having to return to the admin menu to locate the taxes section.

Pros
I appreciated how intentionally this platform is designed for aesthetic clinics. It brings scheduling, charting, consents, memberships and client management together in one system which keeps our day-to-day operations much more organized and efficient. It has saved our team a lot of time, improved our workflow and made the client experience feel more seamless from booking through checkout.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve with some features at first especially when you start digging into everything the platform can do. That said, once it's properly set up and you get comfortable with the system, it becomes very efficient and simple to use.

Pros
Scheduling patients feels much quicker with this software because everything is so simple and free of unnecessary complexity. It also makes the intake and consent form process much more seamless which helps patients stay relaxed and stress-free when filling everything out.
Cons
At this point, there really is not a feature I dislike. The only addition I would love to see is the ability to tag patient photos and then search them by service type especially for marketing purposes.

This platform has helped us deliver excellent care to our clients. The intake workflow feels smooth and we're able to document every stage of a client's aesthetic journey while clearly showing their progress with side-by-side comparison photos.
Cons
The only thing we'd really want is deeper integration with Square since that's the point-of-sale and scheduling system we use. Aside from that, we haven't run into any issues.

their team was incredibly helpful and communicative. they have been wonderful to work with. The system covers everything I need and even more, while keeping things simple with no hidden fees and a very inclusive pricing structure. The scheduling setup looks clean and appealing and patient records are simple to access and share through each patient's individual portal.
Cons
Honestly, I really don't have any complaints at this point. Everyone has been kind, understanding and pleasant to work with. If I had to mention anything, it would just be making sure trainers don't repeat the same points too much though I understand some people may need to hear things more than once.

They've added AI tools and SMS messaging which has been useful for communicating with clients. That was a big weakness before so it's definitely an improvement.
Cons
The platform still falls short when it comes to aesthetics and customization. From a business standpoint, it would also be much more beneficial if we had the option to build more customized reports.

The system feels very user-friendly and is simple to handle even for someone who has never worked with an EMR before.
Cons
One part that could be better is the setup of the online booking system. If a campaign contains a service that needs a deposit, every patient is asked to enter card details even when they are not choosing the specific service that actually requires the deposit.

There is an app available, it starts up quickly and note-taking is simple but those are the only hand-picked good qualities i could think of.
Cons
Getting around the EMR is very frustrating. Processing payments is difficult and the whole system feels archaic and overly convoluted. It is hard to navigate, not user-friendly and they have recently raised their prices. Viewing photos is also difficult, building notes is complex and there is very little customization.

Cons

I've really appreciated how often new features are being rolled out to make the platform more user-friendly overall. It's also been nice to see e-gift cards added as an option now.
Cons
A vitals page in the patient chart would make a big difference. It still takes too many clicks to dig through a patient's chart and having a reference page for things like vitals, medications and allergies would be really helpful.

Right from the start, the support team has been friendly, approachable and very patient especially when I've had a lot of questions. The demonstrations have also been really helpful and I appreciate how willing they are to walk through everything clearly.
Cons
Something I'd love to see improved is quicker access to facial charting. It would be much better if there were a charting icon directly in the client profile so you could jump straight there instead of going through several steps.

Nearly a year in, this platform has been an excellent fit for our med spa. It's very user friendly so getting everything set up and implemented went without much trouble. Having scheduling, charting, consent forms and payment processing all built into one system has saved us a lot of time and helped cut down on mistakes. We especially appreciate the photo management tools for monitoring before-and-after results, along with the customizable treatment notes. Overall, it has made our workflow more efficient, kept us better organized and improved the client experience. Customer service has also been fantastic.
Cons
Previous settings don't carry over into new notes which would help keep certain treatment records more consistent. The other downside is the price since this EMR was the most expensive option out of the systems we considered.
