“Affinity Billing: Pros & Cons”
Pros
This software is one of the best for managing our electronic medical records. The interface is really user-friendly, so switching from our old system was super smooth. I also have to mention that the billing module is fantastic—it gives detailed insights and has made the whole process a lot easier, which has really helped cut down on our admin work.
Cons
Even though the interface is user-friendly, our staff still needed extra training sessions to fully understand all the features.
