Name format inconsistencies exist; some modules list residents by last name, first name, and others by first name, last name. We must admit a resident before entering medications and care items, preventing us from being proactive and causing inaccurate occupancy reports. I can't configure automatic MAR backups, a manual process often neglected due to the extra time required.
