Easy to use but i need more training

Pros

Has all the information we need in one place. It's so easy touse and I love that everything is organized in a way that makes it simple to find what I need without wasting time.

Cons

I need more training on how to better use the system for both clients and caregivers.

Convenient tool

Pros

One of the features I really appreciate is the ability to download various reports. It's super convenient for tracking progress and staying on top of things. Having everything available in downloadable formats makes reporting much easier.

Cons

Not getting notifications about who's texting me is another issue.

Search guide makes finding easy

Pros

I really like the search guide feature. Its so easy to use and helps me find exactly what I am looking for in no time. It's one of those small features that makes a big difference when you need to quickly go through the system.

Fantastic scheduling tool

Pros

scheduling and tracking are fantastic..especially when dealing with the many variations. It makes managing everything so much easier. It keeps everything organized and makes scheduling shifts very smooth.

Cons

The caregiver app sometimes causes confusion. New caregivers often have trouble clocking out.

Calendar view is helpful

Pros

The calendar view is a huge help and I love the ability to add multiple shifts at once when copying. It's such a time-saver and it ensures that the scheduling process is as efficient as possible.

Cons

Updating blocks could be easier, it would be great if we could just edit them instead of having to delete and rebuild.

Amazing customer service

Pros

Customer service is amazing. I can always count on them to answer my questions.. no matter how many I have. they are always friendly, knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that come up.

Cons

I wish there was a hardcopy manual to refer to, instead of hunting for the right video tutorial with the exact wording.

awsome functionality

Pros

I appreciate how friendly this software is. The functionality is perfect for everything we need to get done. The shortcut menu boxes are a game changer they make it so easy to jump from client to client or from client to caregiver without any problem.

Cons

I am not a big fan of the latest Beta Navigation update. It's just not as user-friendly. I really don't like that the shortcut menu boxes are not as obvious as they were before. Also switching from client to caregiver is a problem.

top notch support

Pros

The customer support is excellent. they are always available and ready to assist with any issues or questions I have. It's reassuring to know that help is just a call away whenever I need it.

Cons

it does not let us electronically bill for transportation which is a real pain.

Compliant and stress-free solution

Pros

We absolutely love how it keeps everything compliant. It takes the stress out of managing compliance because the software helps ensure that everything is up to standard without me having to constantly double-check.

Cons

Running reports can be a challenge. It'd be great if the reports tab was simplified.

Interactive scheduling

Pros

The calendar and scheduling features are both interactive and flexible. they are so easy to use but they also have all the functionality we need to handle complex scheduling. It makes managing everything much more efficient.

Cons

I wish I could bill a daily or fixed rate while paying caregivers an hourly rate. Right now, there's a complicated workaround to make it work.

Fantastic app!!!

Pros

phone application is fantastic! It makes it so easy to look up a client and get a map to their location whenever I need to. It's incredibly helpful, especially when I am on the go. I love how simple and convenient it is to use it saves me so much time!

Cons

I don't like that I can not type in comments next to the Medical History or Supportive Devices list on the In-Home Assessment form. It would be really helpful if I could.

Simple and organized solution

Pros

It is simple to understand and follow. The layout makes perfect sense and it's organized in a way that's interactive. I also love the support team they always respond quickly to my questions and they are so friendly and pleasant to communicate with. It makes using the software even better.

Cons

Honestly don't have any complaints. I have been working with it for 2 years and I absolutely love it!

good reporting but minor form creation issue

Pros

one of the features I really like is the reporting ability. I can pull the data I need exactly when I need it which is a huge time-saver. I also love how easy it is to create forms that automatically input the data into the it profile. It makes managing everything so much easier and more organized.

Cons

When creating forms, you have to assign them to the correct Person Type right from the start. There's no way to change it once it's set up which has led to me making mistakes and having to start all over again.

Comprehensive system

Pros

The entire system is amazing! It helps keep track of patient history and caregivers' ADLs (activities of daily living) and notes. It's such a comprehensive system and it really helps make sure everything is organized and easily accessible when we need it.

Cons

Sometimes, it shuts down or runs really slowly which can be frustrating.

Pros

support they provide is outstanding. they are always available, quick to respond and eager to help with any concerns. Their dedication to making sure everything runs smoothly and stress-free is really impressive. I truly appreciate how reliable and genuinely caring they are in assisting with anything we need.

Cons

Handles everything well!

Pros

It's so well thought out. it handles everything my home care company needs and it does so very well. Clients get exactly what they need and caregivers have everything they need to do their job. Plus it's a secure platform that can handle all of my information and I love how flexible it is.

Cons

It's not perfect but I've managed to find workarounds for every issue I've faced. It would be great if it had more marketing features to capture data from potential new clients.

very flexible reporting

Pros

I really like the flexible reporting options and the easy access to integrations. It makes everything more aligned and helps me get the insights I need quickly and efficiently. It's definitely a big plus in making my work easier.

Cons

I had some issues with billing batches being rejected because of a space in a diagnosis but I did not realize there was an issue until two weeks later. Shifts that are changed before an aide clocks in or out are causing unnecessary modifications for our aggregator, Sandata. When reconciling billing, it doesn't match the shift dates with those from other batches. Once batches are reviewed, they can't be deleted and some batches end up with the same data.

convenient scheduling solution

Pros

one of the things I really appreciate is the flexibility to make changes to the schedule as needed. This feature allows me to stay on top of things.. even when unexpected changes come up. It's super convenient and helps me keep everything running smoothly.

Cons

awsome customer support

Pros

They have exceptional customer service. The system figures out travel time based on GPS driving directions, which is a huge help. I can also customize each client and caregiver profile to include specific details like pay rates, mileage and expenses. Plus it calculates overtime and holiday pay when I run the payroll report which saves a lot of time.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say. If there's a missing feature, you can submit a suggestion and they'll look into it and get back to you.

Easy to use..

Pros

For the most part�. it is really easy to use. there are a few glitches here and there but overall, it's a pretty good app. It's reliable and helps with the majority of tasks I need to do, making my job much easier.

Cons

there's really nothing to dislike. Any glitches I have faced seem to be related to poor signal strength but that's only happened every now and then.
